The first time I went to this location it was brand new so I expected great energy. But no one greets you when you walk in they just watch you walk across. There was no line, I was the only customer in there. When I got to the counter the little feminine black guy was finishing up a mobile order so I didn’t bother him. I just patiently waited until he was done. I looked back up and he was just staring at me with a blank expression on his face. I said Hello how are you? He replied “I said, what you want?” I really wanted to slap the wig off of his head but I’m not a violent person so I kept it cool, gave him a few words and complained. I said I wasn’t going to go back to that location but my son wanted Chipotle and that location was the closest. When I went back the guy was working in the back. I’ve also noticed that this location doesn’t give you as much food. Normally when I get a Chipotle bowl it lasts for 2 days but at this location I can easily finish the bowl. My son was also still hungry after he ate his food. I would recommend going to any other location except this one. Just because something is new doesn’t mean it’s better.

I didn’t know we have a lettuce shortage. Regardless, portions are way off from other locations. Kind of expected a newly opened restaurant to come out swinging with excellent service and food quality/portion but definitely a let down.

I had the pleasure of stopping by this new Chipotle location just a day before their official opening, and I was truly impressed. Even though the restaurant wasn’t open to the public yet, the staff warmly invited me inside and greeted me with genuine kindness and enthusiasm.

The energy in the space was incredibly positive — you could tell everyone was excited and proud to be part of something new. Their hospitality and friendliness made me feel right at home before they even served their first official meal.

I wish this Chipotle location the very best of luck in their grand opening and future success. With such a warm and inviting team, I have no doubt they’ll do great. I’ll definitely be returning once they’re officially open — this kind of positive energy deserves support!

Very rude energy upon walking in. no greeting no smiles. That, I would’ve understood as im sure we all have had days we don’t want to work, but upon me asking the simple question “do you know if my bowl had a good amount of chicken ? I ordered extra.” The boy behind the counter said very rudely “whatever it says on the bag I put in it”. Tone is everything. Im not sure why so many employees seem rude uninterested or snarky as this location just opened. I won’t be spending money here again.

had my mom come here to place an order for me. the employee who helped my mom with the order looked at a text message with detailed instructions for what i wanted in the bowl. after my mom arrived home, lo and behold, 6 out of the 10 items i requested in my bowl were not present. employees cannot be trusted to do their jobs, i would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Micro portion sizes. Dirty environment. Not professional staff. The lady in from of me had to ask 3 times for extra rice and cheese. I would just drive a little further and spend my money somewhere else. Not worth it.

There were only 2 employees, cooking, prepping and completing the to go orders when I came in with my nephew for lunch. The staff were soooo nice and patient, even though they looked super overwhelmed and tired.

Please do better with your staffing, so that the customer service doesn’t suffer! I appreciate the great service tho!

This my 2nd attempt to find something nice to say about this new location. I feel the owner’s just unlocked their doors and anyone who needed a job experienced or not they were hired. No training at all including Customer Service, im going to reach out to their headquarters due to the have someone that cuts the meats and for the Carna Asada I was given some meat that was nothing but fat and should have been thrown out yet the inexperienced employee put it in my bowl.
The workers are all young and unfortunately no sense of direction they have no clue and are imature and don’t even say thank you, she just put my bowl in the bag while talking with her colleague and didn’t close it or give it to me or say thank you. This is $20.00 wasted Again and I’m done, my money will go elsewhere. the owner should review all the employees they shoul be asked to resign better yet terminated
This is Chipolte Missouri City Texas near Fort Bend Toll Plaza. Yep it’s the new one

I now understand why this location has a 2.3 star rating.

Initially, my experience started off fine. I placed a very clear order: 2 soft tacos in 2 separate bowls with 2 large tortillas on the side, no small tortillas. Maria (reddish hair, and piercings) was preparing the order at the time. However, when the total rang up to $24.95, I was confused. I have ordered this exact same meal at other Chipotle locations and it consistently costs $9.15.

Unfortunately, I tapped my card prematurely and was charged before realizing the incorrect total. I was then advised to go to the end of the line and start over, which I complied with.

At that point, Maria approached me and began explaining how I “should have” ordered, stating it was “basically a bowl,” but her tone was condescending and her demeanor had completely shifted from our initial interaction. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

Jordan then assisted with remaking the order. Jordan was polite, professional, and handled the situation appropriately. The order was prepared as originally requested although the portions were noticeably smaller than the first attempt and when rung up correctly, the total came to $9.15, exactly as expected.

I informed Jordan that Maria told me the price difference would be corrected once I returned to the register. Jordan then went to retrieve the manager.

The individual who claimed to be the manager was working the drive-thru around 3:04 PM. She was approximately 5’10”, wore glasses, had short black curly hair, and appeared possibly Hispanic. When she approached, I politely asked for her name, just as I had done with Maria and Jordan. She refused to provide her name, stating she “didn’t have to.”

That alone is concerning. In a customer facing role especially management refusing to identify yourself is unprofessional.
I explained that Jordan had rung the correct order for $9.15 and that I was requesting reimbursement for the incorrect initial charge.

She refused, claiming it was “the same exact order,” which it clearly was not. When I asked if that meant Jordan and other employees were not properly trained on how to ring up orders correctly, she became flustered and began mumbling, unable to provide a clear explanation.

Ultimately, nearly 30 minutes were wasted, and I ended up canceling the order entirely because I was not being reimbursed for a mistake that was not mine and gathered a full reimbursement. I left knowing I was being misled rather than assisted.

This location is clearly lacking proper adult supervision and trained management. Most of the employees appeared to be very young (possibly 20 and under), which in itself is not the issue the issue is the absence of strong leadership, accountability, and professionalism.

In a restaurant setting:
• Employees should wear visible name tags (no nicknames).
• Managers should identify themselves without hesitation.
• Staff should be trained in accurate pricing, de-escalation, and customer service.
• Customers should not be penalized for employee errors.

Jordan was the only bright spot in this experience. Everyone else involved particularly management needs additional training in professionalism, business management, and customer resolution.
Until those issues are addressed, this location unfortunately earns its rating.

The 5 stars are for Jordan, which appears to be a stellar employee.

Welcomed but not. It’s busy, but not clean. Empty pans on steam table as well as in kitchen. Rice and vegetables everywhere. Didn’t look sanitized. I’d rather drive to the other location. Didn’t order after what I saw. They ran out of crispy tacos. I won’t return until they get it together.
