Extremely Disappointed – Never Again!
I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but my recent visit to this location was a total letdown.
First, the beans had a strange gravy with an overpowering, intense taste . I’ve never encountered this flavor at any other Chipotle – usually, it’s just beans, not some heavy, unfamiliar sauce.
Second, the chicken was unbearably rubbery . I had to chew endlessly, but it never broke down — I ended up having to spit out each bite. That’s not just unpleasant, it’s unacceptable.
It made me wonder: Does the person preparing the food even know the standard cooking procedures? It clearly didn’t taste like Chipotle quality.
❌ Will not recommend.
❌ Will never visit this location again.
Chipotle, if you’re reading this — please make a surprise visit to this store and inspect the food quality. Customers deserve better.

Great experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill! The food is always very fresh and delicious, and the portions are very generous. Everything tastes well prepared and the ingredients feel high quality. Definitely a great place if you want a tasty meal that actually fills you up. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Such rude, miserable servers Chipotle has. Most especially this location. I’m not surprised the reviews are these low. Girl assembling my order banged the ladle in irritation after I asked for extra beans and rice. She tried to undo after she saw my smile vanish. But my mood has been ruined. Never coming back to this location.

Came here for my lunch break because it said they were open, the sign on the door said opens at 10:45 and it was 11am. But they weren’t open and everyone inside was just staring at me. I waited 10 min and then they finally unlocked the door. Then I asked for food and they just ignored me. Then I asked again and they said they weren’t ready yet. Had to leave back to work without any food. Crazy behavior for a business.

Bro really skimped me on the meat here. I saw what he did. Scooped a whole bunch of chicken to fill the spoon, then shook it really hard back and forth to knock all the meat off back into the holding pan in the well. I said oh he must be going back for a 2nd scoop then and he did, but this time, it was worse he had like a half a spoon of meat. bro sprinkling the meat on the bowl like it was seasoning and he was big(tall) too, so I know he don’t eat like that . He gave me too much rice and way too much lettuce, barely any meat to other ingredients ratio. I should of said something and just not accepted it, but instead of being a problem for them I rather just not go back in there and make my own bowl next time from home… when I got home and flipped both bowls upside down I noticed he did the same thing with the steak bowl. I definitely won’t eat there anymore. Usually, they give 2 heaping spoons of meat and don’t hold back. Guess it depends on who serves you. You would think since you’re paying $10 per bowl, they could at least feed you decent. All the meat he gave were scraps from the bottom of the pan as they were cooking brand portions for the next shift on the grill. Now I see why the place was empty if that’s how they are doing it.

Not fresh and order not correct. I ordered brown rice extra rice, steak, and guac. I live close by and picked it up right away. Guac was black, no extra rice, meat looked to be days old. Very difficult to get a refund hence the one star review.

Chipotle is a nice option for a quick meal. The burritos and bowls are delicious, my favorite meat is the barbacoa, but the chicken and steak are good options as well.
This is nice location that is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. When the weather is nice, I enjoy being able to sit outside and eat, but being next to Mason there is always road noise.

We went here tonight for dinner. It was a good portion side and the employees were rushed but friendly. When we got home to eat, my mother’s barbacoa was very gristly and she had to pick out most of it. I had the chicken and tonight I’m terribly sick and I hadn’t eaten anything else all day.

I guess you have to be a regular customer and they’ll serve you great with a nice attitude. JUST REMOVE THE LETTUCE SO YOU CAN SEE HOW MISERABLE THEY SERVE.
