This location is a fav of both of my teens. They go at least once a week. I recently bought lunch for FORTY baseball players and Jessica made this so simple for us all! She placed the order, worked with her team to fulfill details, and even gave me her personal cell so I could text when on my way. Service was above and beyond – food was warm and yummy, as usual – and Baseball boys were super happy!

Chipotle is so good but only 60% of the time. It’s either everything tastes great, the service is great, and everything is perfect. On the other hand, I regret going sometimes. There are days where you get the very bottom of the basket of food choice and it can be cold or not a good amount, or the workers will drag the part of your tortilla that isn’t all the way on the foil they place it on across the counter and through sauces that have spilled, then proceed to struggle to fold your burrito awkwardly in front of you and it will end up falling apart as you eat it. Sometimes they run out of food as well. 8/10.

This location has the most spoon shakers. Sometimes u luck out and get a fair portion of protein but most times they will shake the spoon to make sure you’re not getting too much chicken.
Same employee made a meal for another employee on break and they got a heaping scoop plus a quarter spoon on top. For me with the same protein except I got double I had a pathetic spoonful followed by my second portion being 3/4 of the first. I should’ve left at that point. Honestly just gonna quit eating there till they figure out a better system of giving everyone a fair portion.

The quesadilla I ordered was not edible. It was wet and mushy, the steak was chewy, the queso was a congealed lump. I only ate a couple of bites and was sick. To make it worse, they refuse to refund my money. Everything is way too expensive now to pay for something you can’t even eat.

I ordered a single tortilla from this establishment. I probably looked really stupid doing so, but they did not question my order whatsoever. They prepared it nicely, warm and cooked, wrapped in their classic aluminum foil, and the price was less than the two frozen yogurts I bought beforehand. I respect the working environment, I thoroughly enjoy the placid atmosphere, and I especially think this Chipotle doesn’t deserve the astounding hate it has been receiving for the past few years. Thank you to the staff who made my experience unforgettable. Cheers to the new millennia for this establishment!

The service is so good and the employees are so kind. A lady named Kary prepared our meal and she served us a fair amount in compare of other Chipotle restaurants. It’s made fresh and it was so good and the guacamole tastes amazing and it’s fresh as well. I recommend this Chipotle if you’re up for a full heavy meal. No wonder it gets full suddenly.

Came in for two to go orders at 7:15PM. They were out of white rice and veggies. I asked if they were making some more and the girl replied, “no.” They close at 10pm so that makes no sense. There was no cook in the kitchen and a girl wiping the fridges down.
I got carne asada for both orders and the meat is extremely dry and tough. This is NOT how carne asada should be prepared and served. Especially being their most expensive meat on the menu. The girl behind the counter never once made eye contact and put half scoops of everything I requested on there. This is including the guacamole that I paid extra for. To not get a full portion of an extra charged item is extremely annoying.
Lastly, when I walked over to get some utensils, they were out of forks and knives and trash was overflowing everywhere.
My experience was not pleasant and the food is poor.

Went into this chipotle today around lunch (12pm) and when I say every staff that was working there was so professional and kind. The food was so fresh and cooked very well. Everyone was super polite and considerate with how much and what you wanted. This was the best experience I had at ANY chipotle ever!! 10/10 and it’s clean all around in there keep it up guys

First time, I did not have any concern. The staff who prepared my bowl was very nice, polite, and friendly. She speaks Spanish. Love the service she provided me. She has great customer services skills, the cashier needs to improve them. The bowl was nice and we’ll done . The flavor was delicious and fresh. For lunch time in place was a great experince.

I had a small window of time to grab lunch. The app ordered my food from a different location, although I’ve always ordered from this location. The store manager refused make it good, and handed me a card with an 800 number written on it. 4 tries calling before the automated system put me through to someone on the other side of the world (literally). They refused to give me a refund for my $11.62 unless I put in another order at the correct location. By this time, I was back to work and was not able to do this, I had to go without lunch. And I’m out $11.62. They are the worst to deal with and I will never go back there. Which is sad, being gluten free, Chipotle has been my go-to for a quick meal for over 15 years.
