Really burnt and dry quesadilla. So disappointing to drive home and see this. My little girls wouldn’t even touch it because it was rock hard and nasty. Then the beans were so watery and had zero salt. Not a good location that’s for sure.
I ordered for pick up and still had to wait in the drive thru over 10 mins past pickup time. So if the quesadilla was made right then and there how was it burnt? Idk. Make it make sense. Not going back to this location.

I ordered a bowl with half Carne Asada, half steak extra white rice, extra pinto beans light tomato and cheese When I picked up the order and brought it home, the bowl was half empty. It looks like they hand counted how many beans they put in there and hand counter how many pieces of Steak to put into the bowl.

I visited on December 9th, 2025, and the person who prepared my food forgot to add the carnitas meat. I noticed it about a minute after picking up my order. When I went back, I showed her my bowl and explained there wasn’t any meat in it. She told one of the other servers to give me some carnitas in one of those small plastic containers used for salsa.
That was really disappointing — I paid for a $10 bowl and received a portion of meat barely the size of two McDonald’s chicken nuggets. Everyone makes mistakes, but she didn’t apologize, and the small portion felt like an extra insult. Sadly, for the first time ever, I left a Chipotle location still hungry.

I stopped eating at all Chipotle locations years ago after the whole ecoli outbreak, but being in Texas there aren’t many choice for “healthier” food options so we decided to try it again. Huge mistake! The employees are clueless, can barely speak English and dont even know what they are serving. We asked what the rice options are and she told us just regular rice but it was brown. I then asked if the chicken is breast or thigh, no one had any idea. They then guess breast but it was thigh. Maybe management needs to educate their employees on what they serve. In addition, we got a bag of chips which were completely stale. Went back to get another bag, not any better. This was a huge reminder not to come eat at any Chipotle. The place was empty but tables and floors were dirty. Just not a good experience at all.

Chipotle is one of our favourite joints as a family. The veggie and tofu options with bowl is great alternatives for halal food seekers. This particular store is well managed and ample space to sit. The staff keeps changing every week, but mostly all good.

Visited around 9:25 PM (posted closing time is 10 PM). There were multiple customers inside, and one employee was handling the entire line while others did not step in to assist.
The restaurant was already partially closing, several food items were depleted, and the overall pace and coordination felt disorganized. The biggest concern wasn’t just the wait time — it was the lack of visible teamwork and leadership.
After waiting, I ultimately chose to leave. No staff member acknowledged me or attempted to address the delay.
One employee was working hard while others appeared disengaged. That reflects a management and training issue, not an individual employee problem.
This location serves The Woodlands community and has the potential to operate at a much higher standard. I hope ownership takes a closer look at staffing and closing procedures.

This location is a mess. Person taking my order didn’t understand the high protein menu… idk why adding a scoop of chicken is that complicated. Also prepared it with zero care. Ingredients were put in piles instead of spread out, so only half of my bowl has chicken, half has salsa, and there’s a random pile of sour cream. Also chips were randomly super super stale which I’m not used to from chipotle.
Systems were broken, line is slow, prep is sloppy, and employees don’t understand an extremely basic menu – I love chipotle but will need to find a better run location.

Great store. Nice location. They have a drive through as well. Staff was nice and friendly. They were passionate about keeping the area stocked with fresh food for both the inside area and the drive through.

I made a mobile order and picked up through the drive through. By the time I got home (7 minute drive) my food was ice cold. That’s fine, I can eat it cold. It’s not the end of the world and I didn’t have to cook myself lunch. I wasn’t even halfway through and I noticed there was something I was chewing on that wasn’t breaking down. I spit the bite out and notice there’s a piece of PLASTIC in my food. I called the store and no one is answering to report this issue. I chatted through the AI bot on the app and reported it as well, but it’s the standard options you choose when something is wrong. The AI bot also doesn’t give you an option to chat with an actual representative, so how will this location know they’re not being extremely thorough with their food handling. I paid $18.67 for my meal which included large watermelon limeade (which was mediocre at best). Buying lunch in this economy is a treat these days and this is what we’re paying for.

I was very excited to eat my chipotle bowl this evening, up to the point where I unwrapped the aluminum seal, and found a nasty bug on the very top of my ball!
I don’t understand how come the workers haven’t noticed this before closing the lid.
I lost all my appetite, and I am extremely disappointed!
I thought chipotle stands for quality food, which is why it cost as much as it does… after today, I don’t think I’m going to return to this location ever again.
