Please don’t order online. I’ve had soooo maybe issues getting my order right at this location. I got 2 duplicate orders.
Brown rice, extra black beans, chicken, tomato, salsa, extra corn, green salsa, sour cream, extra cheese, light lettuce . As you can see from the photos, you can barely find the black beans. There is no extra corn. There is no extra cheese. There is no lettuce. There is no sour cream and on the station they had all of that.

Came for my lunch break and purchased a drink with my meal. Both Diet Coke and Coke Zero were out of order. The other sodas were only letting out a clear color. Their juices hardly had any flow come out. Unfortunately it was my lunch break and there was a line so I couldn’t go back a get a refund on my drink. I ended up not getting any drink and threw my cup away. A waste. The rice today was flavorless. The first time that’s ever happened to me at this location. Very disappointed.

They aren’t clean. I had to ask them to clean the counter because it was so much food on it. Had dropping from sour cream in corn corn in the sour cream etc. I get home and there’s a hair in my sour cream idc if it a little piece. It shouldn’t be there..won’t be back

This was my 1st time trying Chipotle ever.. my brother said that I needed to try it and he knew that I would like it.. Walked in, the atmosphere was great, people were smiling and we were greeted very nicely by the girls that work there.. I ordered the chicken bowl plus 2 more other bowls for the family.. Let me tell you I kicked myself for waiting so long on trying Chipotle.. it was so delicious.. I finished the whole bowl.. like everything.. I also got the watermelon Lemonade.. so tasty.. I will definitely be back..

beans are always hard at this location like they rush everything to put it out on the line even my rice was hard today. i never have this problem at any other location then it’s always something extra in your food that you didn’t ask like corn,lettuce because it’s on the counter they don’t clean very disappointing smh

Need to update your hours. We showed up at 10:45. 5-6 workers were inside and watched us stand outside even though you were supposed to be open, doors were locked. We waited 10 minutes and no one came to unlock the door. So we left and went to Jersey Mikes down the street. Fast service and we were in and out in only a few minutes. If you won’t open until 11 then update your hours!

I must share my experience
Walk up to the counter for my order, theres no line. First the worker is stacking boxes moving extremely slow doesn’t acknowledge me. One of their workers who I assumed was on break or leaving for the day gets behind me( she speaks no English but was in uniform) so she see her coworker stacking boxes but points for me to order. The worker then puts away the boxes and reach for her gloves and put them on extremely slow again. By this time a line forms. So I start my order and the worker behind as well, but there’s no one else available
To finish my order. The worker behind me calls an employee and speaks in Spanish then proceeds to get in front of me and the worker grabs her food instead and finish her order with a grin or smirk(I’m assuming she knows what she as doing was wrong). So I asked the worker who jumped in front of me was she on break and she says YES , and I proceeded to say SO AM I. anyway they cont to finish her order FIRST she pays and then LEAVE . Get back to work because I’m rushing to eat and the working don’t add one of my sauces in my bad but somehow manage to pack all these veggies with no meat. My food was horrible and will continue to make my chipotle at home. Overall experience plus food -10

I lost my wallet there and they said they only have cameras by the registers and no cameras by the tables which’s makes no sense so you are telling me your business doesn’t have none by the tables or the entry door if a manager reads this review can you get back to me I’m just trying to see if it fell out my pocket there you have to have more cameras than that
