This location had plenty of staff ready and willing to help. All the staff was very pleasant and friendly. It was a lunch rush hour so the only table available had just been used and was still a bit soiled. I went over to ask one of the cashiers if someone could give me a wet rag so I could wipe it down, and instead they politely said, we will come and clean it for you right away.” That made me happy that they were so willing to come on over and handle it even though I offered to give it a quick wipe down. Also when getting ready to wrap things up we needed some to-go trays and this experience was also very nice with another young man. He was very polite and friendly and gave me everything I needed, lids and bags to take out our food. I’m very surprised at how well all the staff served us, mainly because they all looked very young. It was very nice to have so many young people treat us so kind and provide excellent customer service. Says a lot about the trainer, leader, and or management. Side note, the food was great! I had a burrito bowl and my son got a burrito..we both got the al pastor chicken. Very tasty

Monday September 15th. 830pm. You walk in, vibe is off. Then they proceed to give you a tiny scoop of meat and you ask for more. That’ll be $5 sir. Ok?!? And…. that extra $5 scoop should be equivalent to the first scoop at least. Nope. Going to charge me $5 for a pinch of extra meat. You know what. I dont want anything peace! Cefco makes better burritos for a fraction of the cost. With better customer service

Ms Estella had great customer service and completed my order in a timely manner so I could get back to work on time. The rest of the staff were all communicating with each other and working hard to ensure every customers order was taken in a timely manner. If Ms Estella isn’t the manager, she needs to be because she runs a tight ship in there.

Its a chipotle.. the only thing about this one in particular is serving sizes are never consistent here. I order a steak bowl all the time. And watch the guy one time give me a half a scope of stake after I asked for 2x. This last time atleast gave me a full scope of stake and I did not ask for dubble cause I rather not argue that out agian. I prefer the one down West Adam’s their more consistent with serving sizes. And it not a one off this has ahppend several times. This one is the reason why I stopped ordering burritos from Chipotle vs bowls. Cause I do a pick up order when im on the run I can atleast pop the lid open and check.

My fault for not checking the rating. I assumed most chipotles would be the same. The comments from other reviews are spot on. Super odd and not friendly employees. The guac was clearly old and from yesterday, and the chops were stale. Didn’t think I could actually be this disappointed in a chipotle but here we are. Sad thing is, it’s turned me off from chipotle everywhere for the time being.

Was really wanting a fresh burrito so decided to stop here. It was a little after 4pm so I figured it would be quick. There were literally about 6-7 employees behind the counter but seemed like a bunch of walking in circles. It was well after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush so I was surprised to see a countertop overpacked with dirty dishes (see pictures). The whole time I was there not one dish was washed or even one rack of dirty dishes cleaned in the sink or dish washer. They just kept adding to the stack with more dirty dishes. When I did try to order they had no white rice or sautéed veggies. Barbacoa was almost out so the little bit I did get was extremely runny from sitting in the juice. She also didn’t do a good job of letting the beans drain because when she put them on the tortilla bean juice was everywhere which in the long run cause my burrito to fall apart while eating. Cashier handed me my cup with her fingers on the rim of the cup and gripping inside of the cup as well. Needs to be taught to grab the cup from the bottom. Won’t be returning. Also while I was eating three online orders came in to pickup their food. Not one of the online orders was ready. I finished eating and left before any of the online orders were taken care of.

I think Chipotle quickly became a Classic. Too bad their portions tend to drop drastically when it’s getting close to closing and ingredients are running low. I find, in this case, I need to order, and be charged for, extra helpings just to get a normal amount. Such is the world we live in, I guess.
