Everyone hates on this chipotle but I honestly feel like they’re always kind and people get really impatient when they don’t get their order immediately… my bowls always taste super fresh and they give me good sized servings. When they don’t have something ready, they are kind and I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for what I want! (Plus then I get it super fresh) Line moves quickly and the cashiers seem to be on their A-game paying attention to what bowls people are ordering so they can check people out quickly.

Denton Office
If I could give this Chipotle a zero-star rating, I would. The chips were stale, there were no napkins or spoons available, and two of the organic drinks were empty. To make matters worse, they were out of receipt paper. Not a single employee had a smile on their face, and the overall atmosphere was terrible.

When I returned to request a refund, the staff acted as if it was a major inconvenience. I interrupted the manager’s break, and they even made a comment about it. Furthermore, they couldn’t provide me with a printed receipt to confirm that my money would be refunded. They told me that if the refund didn’t appear on my card within 5 to 7 days, I could come back and request it again. To me, that’s not proper customer service.

As a final annoyance, when I took a picture of their computer screen as a makeshift receipt, they remarked that I had once again interrupted the manager’s break. This is a poor excuse and reflects badly on Chipotle. They need to reevaluate their staff and hire new employees who enjoy their jobs and are committed to providing good service.

I got a chicken bowl at Chipotle and it was really good! I added chickpeas, all the veggies, and brown rice, so tasty. The service was fast, and everyone was smiling and working hard. Such a nice place, I really enjoyed it

Customer service is important for any business. This branch lacks that. My experience was terrible. There was nobody next to me but she ( tall and heavy lady, did not ask the name) is rushing and don’t want to clarify my question or help me if I am unable to understand. I have a great communication skills, my job depends on it. If she does not want to work , she should have taken leave or take off if she’s not well. She cannot show that on the customer, especially where there is nobody next to me. It is poor customer service.

This time, guy is very friendly and did the needful. Going to increase a star for service.
New chimchurri is amazing. Blends well with bowl or burrito or taco as well.

I like the food alot but CANNOT give this company any more $$$. I eat mid afternoon daily and every time I come here there is one person working the entire line including the register. The other person stocking condiments is preoccupied with getting off and the cook on the grill could care less that the line is to the door. This is every single day of the week. There is zero management visible to help. Here is the best part, the guy making the food wears the same gloves to take your cash that he uses to roll your burrito. I distinctively remember this chain getting in alot of trouble because of food borne illnesses and contamination issues. I guess they dont care or didn’t learn. Either way, I am done. The Denton health department will also be getting a few pictures. Dont bother contacting them at the web address they leave below these reviews, they will not respond back.

I went to the Chipotle on Loop 288 a couple of weeks ago and got 2 of the Carne Asada Bowls. I went inside to get my order to go.
I love the fact that I can tell the person making the bowl exactly what I want in it. Every time I’ve visited this restaurant, the people in the serving line have been very nice and patient with me trying to decide which ingredients I want. Overall, the staff is friendly and the food is very good. I’ve been to this particular store several times and will continue to go there. I’ve never had issues with the staff or food.

Where do I even begin? I arrived to the location around 4pm today, walking in right away the atmosphere felt tense. The lobby was practically empty besides one person and the small line in front of me waiting to order. The tables had not been wiped, sauces had not been put back, and the trash was very full. I assume they were short staffed, I only saw one person tending the line, one person doing cash and one on the grill. I unfortunately overheard a disagreement between I’m assuming a shift lead with maybe another shift lead or worker, who apparently was late, that to me was handled unprofessionally, I as a customer should never witness something like that. I saw 3 other workers (including the “late” one) come in while I was waiting in line so thankfully the poor girl working the line by herself finally got some help. They were practically out of almost everything, proteins, queso, fajita veggies etc, the second girl that came in and started working line two had to ask the girl on grill roughly 3 different times for queso since they were entirely out. The grill person seemed to have an attitude when the line girls kept asking for things to be dropped since again they were low or out of a lot of things. This location always has some kind of issue among the team or staff rather since they definitely don’t work together as a team. I love chipotle but will absolutely drive farther if it means I get a better experience. They only get two stars for the sake of the line girls and the fact that the food is tasty. This store needs some serious work.

Literally out of vegetables every time I come it’s getting out of control. Why are there no vegetables at six or 7 o’clock at night? This is ridiculous. Get your act together. Are you also not serving food on the trays anymore to walk to the table? Literally seems like an effort to avoid doing dishes at this point. New management is clearly needed.

This place does not feel welcoming. Staff made a point to literally not give you any eye contact at all. I stood there on the clock for 5 minutes with not one word said to me. I understand if your job is terrible and I’m sorry, but I’m at work too, and it’s unacceptable to treat us like filth. There was a whole line of pickup customers not being given the time of day. There was one really nice gentleman there that as soon as he saw us, asked what order we were waiting for, and was really polite and hands on. He should be your training model for sure.

Had the worst experience yesterday. Around 11:15 there were four employees on break. Only one helping prepare the food. She clocked out in the middle of the order and joined the line behind us! No one was making the orders and the cashier had to step in, and she didn’t know how to wrap the burrito. I have never had this kind of an interaction before.
