I recently visited this location and unfortunately my experience was simply disappointing. The portion sizes were noticeably small, it honestly felt like every bean, piece of chicken, and bit of lettuce was being carefully counted. The picture basically speaks for itself.

Purchased 3 bowls today before we got on the road and was taken back that our food was super cold! The chicken wasn’t cold due to the cold toppings that was added but cold like the chicken was cooked the day before and stored in the refrigerator and served straight out of the fridge the next day. I’ve never had cold chicken in my bowl. Not only was this a waste of money but when did chipotle start serving cold day old chicken????

This is the worst branch of chipotle I have been. Every now and then I provide them chance but they never seem to change, the service they serve, the quantity of food and even I don’t understand why they are expensive than other branches when the order is same !!! Always a terrible experience, maybe its the management team here, so many employees changed but nothing changed. Good luck.

I personally had a great experience here! I came here on my lunch break from work and the line was long but they got me through the line in less than 5 minutes. The food was so fresh and vibrant. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive and generous with portions. Really liked how I saw the young woman in the line changing her gloves often and serving with a smile. She was able to serve lots of people, alone and quick. Will definitely return and recommend.

Homegirl at the register her names probably Jennifer. But not sure if she uses someone else’s log in info for register. She just be standing there don’t even talk and don’t hand over the food once the line workers prepare it. She just stares at you dumb found. She be hiding in the hall that leads to the restroom too on her phone. She made a ♀️ face when we was just standing there for her to hand over food like if it isn’t her job to give it to us. Like girl come on. Other than that the food is amazing.

I stopped by this evening (8/20), about an hour before closing, and was surprised by how diligently the staff were cleaning. After reading some of the previous reviews, I can understand why they were working so hard to keep the place spotless. bought the family feast for the first time for pickup and was disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and had to throw it away due to digestive issues resulting from eating it. Lots of tables were dirty. Will not return. P.s. don’t waste your time sending an email etc… no response will be given. I have deleted the app and unsubscribed from their emailsz last Chipotle meal for me and my family.

The employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than taking orders. They were out of multiple meats and add-ons, and the food I received was stone cold. The chicken that I ended up getting since they were out of the meat I actually wanted was tasteless.

The food was pretty good. However the staff or the franchise could use a lesson in customer service. When I order my burritos, I asked if I could get certain things on the side rather than in the burrito. They said yes. But once I paid and looked at the receipt, I was charged extra for getting standard items on the side. When I questioned it, the guy said because I ordered so much on the side. I had to question further what the limit was. He said 3 sides per burrito—I got 4. I then questioned how much per side after that, and he shrugged his shoulders and said I just charge for a side after that—-I am assuming he is talking about something like guacamole that has a fee. But he didn’t elaborate and ended the conversation. No clear policy seems to be in place for this.
If there is a limit, a sign should be posted and the staff should communicate it when customers are requesting their order. No one likes surprise charges at the end.
Customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Simple communication can go a long way.
