I place a mobile order with a pickup time of 11:10am at 10:50am. The order is ready at 11:25. On top of this, I ordered a steak burrito and they put ZERO steak in there. Not like they gave me a really small portion. They put 0 steak in the burrito. Whoever made my burrito needs to be taken behind the shed to be dealt with. Absolutely ridiculous. Attached are the photos of my burrito with no steak in it.

I will say that they are consistent in the evening with the lack of quality, always cold and under portion. I pay for extra and still get skimped on my portion. I asked for extra meat in bowl and on side both $5 each. Not to mention the cheese was suppose to be extra.

Asked twice for the specialty drinks to be refilled and was waved away both times in the span of 45 minutes. Sat and waited for 15 minutes again after asking while there was no one in line to refill if there was time. They told me both times that it would be a minute and then nothing happened. I understand if it’s busy but they were refilling chip bags and chatting. I asked nicely twice and just left after waiting for so long.

This location was a huge disappointment. When we walked in, no one acknowledged us. When someone finally did, he told us he would complete all online orders before taking ours, even though there were several people already waiting behind us.

Another employee the one with glasses and braids was extremely rude and seemed to be in a bad mood, tossing food into bowls with an obvious attitude. When we went to sit down, we noticed the dining area was not clean. Many tables were covered in trash, and there was hardly anywhere to sit.

A few minutes later, we tried the chips and found they were stale. When I asked if I could get a fresh bag, I was told, “They’re all going to be like that they were made this morning.”

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning.

This location has REOPENED! I was told the health department SHUT IT DOWN! The same thing needs to happen to the horrible Rosedale location. I always enjoyed the service and food from this location. I was shocked it closed for a long period of time. The entire restaurant was and still is very clean from what I can see. I think the staff needs more team work. It looks like each staff member has a specific role. However, no one helped the guy preparing orders when they became packed. Preparing orders maybe his main responsibility. Plus, he may get paid more. I ordered two chicken burritos. I think every chipotle employee is trained to give a small portion of meat. At least this location gave me more than the Rosedale location. I see there’s a location that will open on E. Berry St this year. I use gift cards I received to purchase my items. Chipotle is no longer a company I will spend my hard earned money on due to the amount of meat I receive. I can make my own burrito/bowl at home for the prices they charge. I give this location 4 stars. The staff were friendly and professional. The company gets 2 stars because they’re responsible for the small meat portions. Previous Review-Haven’t been to chipotle in years so I was excited to try them. The ordering process and food items are pretty much the same. The customer service and employees are excellent and very attentive towards guests. I had only 2 individuals in front of me so placing my order was fast & easy. This location did have an issue with their system when it came to checking out. The system had to be rebooted and another customer and I had to wait an additional 5 mins to pay. Regardless of this mishap the employees were professional and handled the situation well. I ordered the barbacoa burrito and chips and queso blanco. My entire meal was delicious!! The freshness, flavor, and taste of every item I selected was worth the price. I see why chipotle is still the go-to spot for many people. Everytime I pass by the location on Rosedale it’s packed and the parking is horrible. I forgot this location was here not far from Rosedale. If I’m craving Chipotle this will be my go-to location. The food and service from Clarissa was exceptional.

I ordered my salad from uber eats and every time I order a salad they forget the vinaigrette so I called and asked them to make sure they added it. The manager Chris was extremely rude and said it’s on my order and it will be in the bag then hung up the phone abruptly. Once I ordered my food I did in fact receive my vinaigrette with a big smiley face drawn on the container but no lettuce or meat in my salad just rice, sour cream and tomato salsa ‍♀️. Chris made sure I got my dressing but conveniently forgot to add my salad. I’m hoping Chris was just having a bad day and does not always keep this level of poor customer service. Hope you do better next time buddy.

Extra lettuce? Try a single strand of lettuce and spinach… my portions were fine, and it was fresh. I had to wait maybe two minutes for my order to come up. The restaurant was not unkept during my visit.

I think you need to have your managers sitting on a shift lol because y’all employees get really stressed when it’s busy & they’re very passive,

Also your staff will stand in a corner and talk and you gotta wait on them to finish a convo to pay, it made me went to take my tacos and leave.

Other than that, whoever’s doing the cooking, KEEP EM AROUND! Great quality of food folks!

Just don’t dine in.

Chips and Queso? You mean flatbread and queso. Worst chips I’ve ever had a any of the Chipotle chains I’ve been to, when I brought up how stale the chips were…the response you may ask?…they are all going to be like that. Certain processes cannot be done early and putting chips out early or all day or 2 days is one of those processes, don’t make more chips than what you’re selling. They still have a huge inventory of chips in paper bags. I’m interested in how many other food processes they are also doing out of order or during their slow time convenience.
