I asked for a little sour cream and the employee gave me a heaping spoonful of it. I suspect purposefully. My lunch was a soup! The turnaround rate here is insane and all the employees seem very unhappy.

Unsanitary and poor quality of food at this location. My barbacoa was one big chunk of meat and inedible. Shredded cheese was unavailable and the grilled veggies were burnt. The employee behavior is the main reason for 1 star… the cashier was eating, drinking, and using her phone with gloves on while working. The main cook was eating while working. This is disturbing as the cook is preparing food while eating. I also saw the cook wipe down a counter then use that same rag to wipe her hands and arms off. I will not be back and I did not finish my meal.

Placed an online order for pick up, for the price paid. I feel cheated out of food, since when did chipotle start rationing it’s portions. Also, my food was literally not warm at all. I scheduled for pick up at 7:30 pm. Food feels like it had been sitting there for awhile. Very disappointed with the quality and portions. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

If I could give no stars I would have. I dont know why I even keep giving this place a chance. I havent ordered from here in 6 months due to previous delivery order errors. It never fails, they always mess up the order. If you are gonna charge me $9.95 for a large chip and queso, I want the damn queso. I ordered today and they again forgot BOTH of the queso’s ordered. Everytime I contact their customer service for a refund, they do not do refunds. They want to comp you small chips and queso. Today, they told me that they were unable to assist me at this time. I am so done for real. I dont understand how you mess up delivery orders every single time. Just crazy.

We had to wait over 10 minutes for them to cook more brown rice. I always get a veggie bowl, but once I got it they told me they were OUT of guacamole! Our order was to go, when I told my husband he got angry, then the lady at the register handed him a small container of guacamole! She said it’s only for APP ORDERS!! That’s ridiculous!

I never understood how companies will make to go orders the priority. They will make you wait while making orders for people that essentially just cut in line. Just make everyone stand in line. People aren’t so busy the can’t wait a few minutes. It’s definitely more difficult on the employees also

This place is really not up to par! The line is not very well stocked! They were out of tofu! The brown rice was not stocked! The cooked onions were not very well stocked! The girl was scraping the last of it on my burrito and dripping water on it. The girl did not know what went on a veggie burrito! The prices are out the roof! $8.35 for 1 burrito! A bowl of veggies is also $8.35! It’s too expensive! I’m going to Taco Bell next time! The burrito was not good!I don’t really recommend this place!
