I’ve decided to give this location another chance as it was always on the way to a work event and my previous experiences weren’t the best. But recently it has felt more alive and clean. This past visit on Sunday was very nice. the manager helped with my order with a great smile on his face and beautiful lashes. the dining floor looked spotless and the kitchen area looked almost new as everything was so shiny, bathrooms were also very clean. Not sure if there was a change in management but I plan to come back again soon!!

For a fast food chain, the food is a major step up from Taco Bell, McDonald’s, etc. Portions are large enough that my wife and I can split a burrito and be satisfied. The staff is friendly. Can’t say that the tables and floors are always clean at this location, but not so bad to be a turn off. Parking can get a little tight at busy hours.

I recently placed a DoorDash pickup order at this Chipotle location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Not only were items missing from my order—like my chips—but there were also no utensils or napkins included. On top of that, the staff was consistently unprofessional, rude, and chaotic. They were loudly discussing non-work-related topics, which made the environment uncomfortable. It seems like the management needs to seriously review their hiring practices. Overall, this location could really use some improvements in professionalism and customer service.

I’ve eaten at this location since they opened and have always found it to be a pleasant experience until recently. I’ve been told there has been a change in management. I don’t know what happened to the previous manager but I miss her. Everyone was always very pleasant but now we are being told “no” to simple logic without any explanation as to why. I have food allergies and have always been allowed to carry my bowl to the register so it doesn’t come in contact with food on the prep counter but now I have to try and persuade the manager to let me while holding up the people behind me. My daughter has always gotten a small side of rice for her 4 yr old but is told now that she must get a large bowl of rice. It isn’t logical to waste a large bowl of rice. I don’t understand why things have changed but unfortunately I will probably eat elsewhere.
The employees also seem less happy which often has to do with management.
Maybe the manager is just doing what she’s told, but it would be nice if it would go back to how it was.

Just terrible food and service! Super disappointed! Use to be much better. Not sure what happened? The burrito just kept falling apart….was not assembled properly. Queso is like glue with jalapeño. Chips were cold, stale and not salted. I asked for salt and the lady in kitchen just wanted to argue. Won’t make this mistake again. Wasted $22.

We went for dinner around 7:20 p.m. There was a long line, which was fine since it moved fairly quickly. However, when we reached the counter to order, we were informed that there was no rice available. It would have been helpful to know this before waiting in line. For a restaurant where the main staples are tortillas, rice, beans, and meat, you would expect those core ingredients to always be available.

I walked in to place an order but was welcomed by a male staff member berating and yelling at an old man who was picking up a doordash order. The older man was confused about why he had to wait for them to start a doordash order when no one was there, they explained and while he seemed mildly frustrated that was all. Then he went up to check later when they called a name out and the man randomly came out and publicly berated him saying he “Needed to sit down” and he “could talk back all you wanted but it wouldnt change anything”.
Absolutely appalling. I left immediately after. Such a ridiculous action to what looked to be an elderly gentleman.

Ordered a salad. Then informed me they didn’t have dressing. Why would you allow someone to order a salad and then not say we don’t have dressing? Soda machines were gross. The soda machine also did not work properly. Second time that this location has been a disappointment. Seems it’s going down hill. Will not return.

Horrible! How can you in good conscience put out food like this? I’d a quesadilla!!! A child could make a better quesadilla and I ordered four!! Such a waste of money. Dry chicken almost burned in a bad way. No cheese. No sauce. Super rubbery and cold tortillas that are clearly old. Just awful. Thankfully our DoorDash driver was awesome and I’m resting or I’d be driving down there with all three of these garbage quesadillas for a full refund. I never write reviews like this. Never. But I hope everyone sees this. Don’t waste your money. Who does this??? I could have made WAY better here in my own kitchen. And there are soooo many good Mexican restaurants in this town. I’ll never eat here again. Portions are crazy small too. Insanity.
