Just got a bowl at Nacogdoches location everything was cold and the chicken was full of gristle and rice was under cooked hard and chalky. I haven’t had any issues before. Been awhile since I’ve eaten there and it’s gonna be along time before I go back. Sorry.

So I arrived 30 minutes before close today and wanted a steak burrito…the lady told me she was using the last of the steak they had for an online order…okayyy? Girl it’s 30 minutes before close are they not aloud to make more? I would understand 10 minutes that’s not a lot of time to wash whatever dishes it takes and what not but would they not uses the leftovers for the next day? And yes I have worked service industry and this is just laziness

This Chipotle restaurant is located on North Street close to SFA. This is the second time I’ve visited this location and both times have been great! The staff is very friendly and parts close attention to what you’re wanting on your plate. The first time I ate here I came inside but took my order to go and this time we sat down and enjoyed our meal. It’s clean inside the restaurant and they keep the restrooms clean.

I hadn’t eaten Chipotle in months and had prepared my mouth for the taste of their delicious chicken & steak soft tacos. To my dismay…”THEY SUCKED”!! The food was so bland that NO amount of salt or pepper could revive it.

The service is great and the inside is clean and well maintained. However, the last few times I’ve visited this location, I have felt like maybe the beans and rice I selected hadn’t been cooked all the way through and didn’t have a great texture. Besides that, the meat, gaucamole, queso, and salsa always taste great. The soda is always really good as well, just the right amount of carbonation and syrup.

The food was alright, but our service was terrible. I’ve never been in a restaurant where there was a whole string of rude staff before. We were friendly and no attempt was made to reciprocate, and when I asked questions, they wouldn’t answer. We won’t go back to spend our money where we are treated as an inconvenience.

WARNING: EXTREMELY ADDICTING!! I have never been a fan of a mexican style restaurant that builds bowls and burritos with no ground meat option. I don’t like the texture of Shredded meat AT ALL!! So my 1st visit, I chose Sofritas, ( a plant based meat ). I’ve been eating it ever since. The Cilantro Lime Rice has a wonderful flavor, and their corn is sweet and devine!! I could list every ingredient to tell how amazingly delicious it is, but it would be best to just say go try it for yourself. I found myself delivering Chipotle food to a birthday celebration out of town because they took my word for it, and there were no disappointed guests. I would have given 5 stars but in all honesty, every visit isn’t the same. Most times, my order is near perfect, but there are a few times, the food designer wants to be precise which leads to more rice than anything else and the toppings are skimmed off to nearly nothing before being applied to my meal. Finally, the price is not my friend. I meantioned this food is highly addictive, but you have to have a wallet to support such cravings as they run you roughly $15 per item. They charge extra for the 2 best toppings on them, which is queso & guacamole. I’m rounding the drinks from $3-$6. So when I eat here it is mainly a treat, but if I could I would be eating Chipotle at least 2xs a week. Great Place!!
