Traci was an awesome burrito bowl builder. She made sure my bowl was perfect and that I was taken care of.
I also noticed there was a new person at the front of the line, and Traci jumped right in to help. She worked as a team and even let the kitchen know when more food was needed on the line.
She was kind, helpful, and a great team player. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. While eating my meal, I found a cricket in my food — something that is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a national chain.
When I brought this to their attention, I was only given a refund and no real concern, accountability, or follow-up from corporate or management. I even attempted to reach out to the health department because of how serious this is. For a company of this size, the lack of urgency and care for customer safety is shocking.
This was my last straw with Chipotle. Finding an insect in my food and being brushed off with nothing more than a refund shows me that food safety and customer well-being are not being taken seriously.

I frequently visit the Chipotle Mexican Grill at the Sherman location and routinely purchase chips. Unfortunately, they are often stale at the time of purchase.
Recently, while visiting Anna, I stopped at the Chipotle Mexican Grill and purchased a bag of chips. I was pleasantly surprised by their freshness; even the following day, the chips remained crisp. The rest of the food was fresh as well! Thank you!

This was a pickup order. Most of the items were prepared correctly. The tacos were a different matter. The portion size was terrible. The picture does not do justice. Each taco had about 4-5 small pieces of chicken. The taco was mostly shell. When I returned and asked if this was a normal portion, I was told it was. The other locations had better portions. They did offer to remake my tacos. The second order was ok, but I was still a bit disappointed. The restaurant was kind of clean. There were some tables that needed to be wiped down. The trash can was overflowing with trash.

I see a lot of lazy people who order Door Dash or Uber eats. Always crying about this and that and fake pictures or crickets in their bowls. Get your lazy butts up go to the store and watch them make the bowl or Buritto or whatever your order. I go there 2 times a week without fail. Food is always fabulous. I think the girl who is always there and is absolutely awesome is Avery. She is a great worker. Always makes our food great and stuffed full. We thank her every time. Keep hiring people like her Chipolte! She should be the manager of that place! Great experience all around!

Everytime I go to this place they always seem to make fun of the name that’s On the order. That’s okay tho, but on 02/25/2026 around 920 pm we placed an order for two burritos, two queso sauce. Well we got one of the queso sauce, the burrito barely had any protein. It was stuffed with beans and rice and maybe half a scoop of protein on both burritos. $26 for two burritos with barely any meat is ridiculous. Like give me my monies worth of food.

Completely astonished by the bowl I received. I even made a comment to the staff member making my bowl, I said, “well that’s a tiny bowl.” He replied, “oh, well, but it’s good right?” or something along those lines. I didn’t want to make a scene or cause a fuss, just wanted my food and to get out of there. Came home and ate my less than filling bowl and then had to make some soup too because it didn’t feel me up. No, I’m not an over eater at all. Planned on buying some Christmas gift cards but, nope, not anymore. Do better Chipotle!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. As you can see from my photos:
1) The quesadilla fell apart
2) There was plastic in my quesadilla
3) There was only one third of the chips in my bag
And on top of all of that, they didn’t give me the vinaigrette we ordered.
I can safely say, I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to go to McKinney from now on for Chipotle. And management if you’re reading this, I picked up my order at 6:10 PM on 6/20.
