We had such an amazing experience at this Chipotle location! Mona truly went above and beyond he took such great care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and gave us the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what he does.
Jazmine at the register was just as wonderful — so kind, patient, and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, we felt appreciated and valued.

Absolutely unprofessional. I walked in to a line. One person preparing, one lady standing behind the register looking around. And 4 in the drive thru cracking jokes. All the tables were nasty. The trash not taken out and overflowing. The condiment area was trashed.

Every visit we have an issue. This time we did an online pick up order for a steak bowl with extra steak. Got home and I’m pretty sure it’s sofritas not steak and the chips are VERY stale… not just a couple hours in the shelf stale like day old stale.

This ie the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! Every time we go there is a problem!!! The crazy part is we order online so You are literally reading the order as you prepare it. They don’t want to fix the problem, the “manger” is either not available or they tell you it’s this kid that looks to be in their early 20s.

The perfect example of price gouging consumers. The employees are taught to not put enough meat on the entree so you HAVE to ask for extra. Chipotle is ALL about corporate profit/greed and then boast about giving to charity in their marketing campaigns. Came around 3:30pm on a Friday. Not a busy time but busy enough to keep the one guy making food and running the cash register all by himself, having to hustle less the line grow too long. Two people working the To-Go area. This location seems to prioritize ToGo orders over in store customers.
The real issue though was the food quality. The chicken was dry, the veggies over cooked. The queso was a really sharp cheese that made it inedible. Pretty sure the coke was actually tapped into diet coke syrup. The root beer was almost out of syrup, leaving only carbonation The tea was very old and super water down.
$18 for a chicken burrito, regular chips and queso, regular drink.

This chipotle branch is poorly managed. On 11/19 they claimed their systems are “down” and cannot accept any orders. All of this right at lunch time 12:30pm. Food is sitting fresh on the counter and the cashier refuses to sell any of it due to the system “not working” I even asked him if I could pay cash and he refused. This is RIDICULOUS, store manager nowhere to be found

We picked up our burritos in the chipotlane. The person in front of us was sitting there waiting for their order to be completed. It’s not a drive through. It’s for pick up. Meanwhile our food was getting old and cold. The burritos were wrapped horribly, and fell open into a big heap. Should have just ordered a bowl.
