I decided to order online for the first time since I was stuck at work. Safe to say, that was also the last time.

Once again, Chipotle proves that ordering online means receiving a bowl with mystery-level portion control. I’m especially impressed by the lettuce portion—roughly three strands total. I didn’t realize lettuce had become a premium ingredient.

Please see the attached photo, as this is exactly how my bowl was received. I’ll let you decide whether this qualifies as a full-priced meal.

On multiple occasions, including most recently, the store has effectively shut down operations nearly an hour before its scheduled closing time. During these times, there are no proteins available, and staff members have stated that they will not be preparing any additional food. Customers are turned away and refused service, despite the location still being officially open.

This is not an isolated incident. It happens repeatedly throughout the week and has become a consistent pattern.

As a resident of this area, I rely on this location to operate as advertised during its posted business hours. When a store remains open but refuses to serve customers, it creates unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the brand.

Customers should be able to expect full service until closing time. Choosing not to prepare food and declining to serve guests an hour early is unacceptable and undermines trust in your company.

I am bringing this to your attention in hopes that leadership will address the staffing, management, and operational issues at this location. I would appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure this does not continue.

The owner must not know what is going on with this store. I’m a business owner and I would be appalled if any of these team members were on my team.

I usually don’t post stuff like this…
But my friends and I walked into Chipotle at 9:50 PM (they close at 11).

Every station was basically packed up. The team had already shut down the line.

2 out of the meats was available, it was old and dry. Sour cream wasn’t available. Brown rice and white rice was disgusting and they wouldn’t let us eat inside.

I get it—no one likes late customers.

But imagine clocking out 1 hour an 10 minutes early in any other job.

This isn’t just laziness. It’s a total disregard for work ethic.

It’s wild how low the bar has dropped.

I was sitting outside and they lost 5 customers while we were there.

Today makes my third time being denied the option of different food while visiting this location. last week it was Chicken that the restaurant was out of doing lunch hour. Today It was brown rice I do understand that noon can become a rush-hour for most workers due to everyone taking a lunch break and I am one of those workers who often stop by this location. Once I asked the line server how long would it be before brown would be available she turned and asked to cook who was chopping up chicken. He looked at me and stated it would be one hour with a smirk on his face as if my request didn’t matter. Once I made my way to the register the young lady never looked up at me never greeted me kept her head down while she thumb through her cell phone behind the register. 1pm lunch rush completely out of all proteins. Never any excuse. Shame on mgmnt . 30 yrs experience and never saw such a scene. I was asking for steak bc it was being cut and plenty was available and I was told 10 minutes I asked for that steak the lady said no 10 minutes. I said u guys are out of everything and lun h just started thats horrible. I complained and the other girl said to be a smart ass. Well you can come work with us sir. I said yes I can w 30yrs experience I can run your whole restaurant better than this. I won’t go back there now. Horrible manners service , training and management. Done.

I enjoy the salads from Chipolte, especially the fajita veggies. When possible, I just order my meal at the counter so I can watch them make it and then I can see the ingredients and specify if I want less or more.
They really need a very vivacious point person with a happy personality (which I gave not seen) to heighten the mood and connect with customers. There is definitely a lack of smiles and cheer amongst the employees. I have also seen them get very hyper when whipping together on-line orders and trashing their prep area in the process. The food has always been to standard (at least for me) and the staff is not bad, but they are not cheerful (which I’m sure would lead to much better reviews).
I applaud the company for having quality sourced ingredients and tasty meals, but in order to get 5 stars they have some things to improve upon.
