I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. The price for a bowl has gone up so much, but the portions keep getting smaller. For what I paid, I expected a full, satisfying meal, but instead I got a half-filled bowl that barely had any protein. It honestly felt like they were skimping on every ingredient. The value just isn’t there anymore, and it’s hard to justify spending that much for such small portions. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The general manager was extremely rude and refused to even acknowledge me as a customer. When I asked for the corporate phone number to report the issue, he deliberately gave me the store’s number instead, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
It was obvious that leadership is lacking at this location. The staff reflected the same attitude—rude, dishonest, and unwilling to help. I was given false information about what they “couldn’t” do, only to later realize that I was being lied to rather than assisted.
What made the situation worse was that no one, including the general manager, apologized for the inconvenience or attempted to resolve the issue in any meaningful way. Customer service was completely absent, and my reasonable requests were ignored.
This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expect much better from a company like Chipotle, especially when it comes to basic respect, honesty, and accountability

Good customer service is about communication and accountability—both of which were completely lacking. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to the Red Oak location and would caution others to consider that if you run into a problem. All I wanted was a few items to be placed in side cups and they made it seem like an issue. They also threw my side portions across the platform to the cashier. Which resulted in spilled salsa and sour cream all over my bag. One last issue was that the meat was not HOT. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this company was frustrating enough to warrant one. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.

We had a terrible experience today. The restaurant is dirty. The two young ladies working the front was rude and lacking customer service skills. The food was not fresh and mostly empty containers. I got a half spoon scoop of the steak for my bowl. We will not return.

This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this place. First, I asked the cashier for a glass of water, and she rudely told me they didn’t have any. Great! Then I asked another guy for salad dressing, and he also rudely told me they were out. I stood there for a second, and then he told me I’d have to wait five minutes. Then, another customer next to me, who was overhearing the whole thing, asked for forks, and he was also told they were out. Wow, this is unbelievable! It seemed like everyone was asking if they were out of things at this place, and I get it, but the employees’ faces when they answered said it all.

Kyla is soooo nice (&everyone else, just didnt get names) The food is always perfect this location is the cleanest AND the portions are very fair when do half n half or double. The crew is always on the go but they’re genuinely a happy tribe. I like to see people happy at their job.

I have never seen a stainless steel grille. Look dead, black. If they never had a scener, grilled brick before. My stepdaughter love it so I got to go there. I will not eat there if they paid me. and this DeSoto, just as bad!!!

Don’t order anything online (via Uber eats or the chipotle website for pick up etc). Always always go in person or you’ll get extremely mediocre bowls. I ordered two bowls last night and they skimped on the sour cream, the cheese, the medium salsa and there were five pieces of steak. Truly disappointing.

We were just passing through when my daughter stated she was hungry. She has a severe gluten allergy and the young man working the front counter went above and beyond to ensure she received a safe meal. I only wish we had gotten his name. Thank you for going above and beyond.
