CHIPOTLE! Why? I never thought I would have to give you a bad review. This location is rough! No guacamole! No drinks! Ya were low on barbacoa. Let’s just give the scraps to this customer that loves to review restaurants. Also, had to steal some Tabasco sauce from another customer. I’m guessing they keep the sauces in the safe and only get them out if you know the password. Let’s just say my kids could not figure out the password. Also,my bowl was slacking. I know I need to lose weight, but come on, I didn’t order a kids meal.

Tonight my husband and I went for a late dinner around 8:30, knowing chipotle has a close time of 10:00. No one greeted us as we walked in which isn’t a huge deal, but we stood there for several minutes as a guy was making a large to go order, a quick “hey I’ll be with you in just one minute” would have been totally fine. I would have also understood if they were understaffed but there were 6 people there. A girl finally came to serve us and she was clearly high as a kite. This was the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life, the tortilla was soggy and sopping because the meat I got was from the very bottom of the container and she scooped the juice out with it, it was hardly rolled so everything was falling out to where I couldn’t hold it to eat it. I ultimately got a fork and just ate the interior. Every table was dirty so there was no where clean to sit, their drink machine had 4 different drinks out of order. Their tea had been cleaned up for the night so that wasn’t a drink option either. We come here quite and bit, usually on the weekends for lunch and have never seen it like this. Will definitely not be going during the evening again if this is how their store looks. Was highly disappointed tonight.

This is worst chipotle. The food is consistently way too salty! Also any time I do an online order my burrito looks like a kids burrito, they screw you on your portion size. This chipotle is consistently terrible

Customer service was terrible. I used to come atleast once a week but not anymore. I walked in and said “hello how are you” I was asked “what did you want?!” The whole transaction was rushed. I asked if they were busy with noone in there and she looked at me and said “that’ll be 25.” Crew looked lifeless (8/1/23 7:45pm)

I have catered food from this location on NUMEROUS occasions since they have opened and have visited for meals often (yes, we love chipotle) throughout the experiences I have been faced with a extremely RUDE manager. She was very irritated with simple questions we had. In our catering experience we have ordered for 15 people and other times 30 people, we were given a extremely little amount of veggies for what we paid for and the amount of people it was absurd. (See the picture) when we questioned her about it in a very nice and sensitive tone we were once again faced with her irritability and spite-fullness. I am not pleased with being treated this way. 100% will NOT be visiting this location anymore, I have also already been in contact with their corporate office.

Probably by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff is always extremely rude. They pretend you don’t exist when you wait to get you pick up order. They will literally not make eye contact on purpose and will walk away and continue making other online orders while you stand there. Even if you say hey excuse me. They decide whenever they want to help you. I’ve been there a total of 4 times and 3/4 times my order has been completely wrong. They fill up the salsa cup only a quarter. It is way to expensive for all of this

Put wrong items on my burrito and it is impossible to speak to anyone at the store. The online help only offered me a free drink for burrito that I could not eat cause it had the wrong items on it. Terrible customer service
