EDIT: I went in person today to try and resolve the problem and talked with a Hispanic woman with red hair and braces who claimed to be the manager. It was obvious that she had already decided to be rude and unhelpful before our interaction even begun. She first blamed me for not coming in until two days later, even though I tried to resolve the issue by phone and through the app the day of. She then asked for a picture of our bowls, which I showed her, and then she tried to say that those weren’t chipotle bowls, even though they clearly were and I LITERALLY HAD THE RECEIPT WITH ME. She refuse to do anything about the situation and then recommended that if I didn’t like her answer that I could dispute it with my credit card provider. This woman needs to be fired. I understand people have bad days, but that behavior was absolutely unacceptable. We will never be eating at this chipotle again and we are unlikely to be dining at any chipotle. If I could write negative stars, I would.

We ordered for pick up through the app and not only did they get our order wrong but the parts that they did get right were completely under portioned. My bowl had zero chicken in it and had a puddle of bean juice at the bottom. The bowl was less than half filled in total even though I ordered extra beans. My wife also was severely under portioned on her chicken (she maybe got 5 pieces, but that was more than me!) We tried calling but their number is intentionally disconnected as others have mentioned in their reviews. I also tried reporting the issue on the app through their AI agent “Pepper” who said thanks for the feedback and then ended the conversation without any offer to repair the order. No corporate number to call and if you try to use their website you just get stuck in an endless hell loop with good for nothing “Pepper”. I’ve never been so disappointed by any Chipotle experience as I have by this one.

Chicken was completely raw
I’m not one to complain publicly but this is a serious health hazard and idk how to report it to corporate. They also don’t have a working phone for me to call the store & tell them to stop serving this raw batch.
One worker was chopping the chicken as if it’d just come off the grill, he walked away and the girl working the line went back and scooped it off the cutting board into my bowl. I’d already eaten 5-6 bites of my bowl before I got the first obviously raw chunk of chicken. Really hoping I don’t get sick. Avoid this location at all costs.

The owner of this establishment needs to come to be a witness of the customer service, facility maintenance, safety food guidelines implementation and preparation of customers’ needs (customers waiting for staff members to clean tables, pick up/change trash cans, replace fountain machine syrups, no utensils available…).
Staff members in need of a responsibility and respectful leader/manager/ADM.

I scheduled a pick up for 620 pm. I arrived at 620. They said a just couple of minutes. After 655 pm. They said just get in the back of the line and reorder all my food again?? What was the point of online order and pick up, if I had to wait 30 min for it and then had to just get in back of the line. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Only one really working was the cook. I will not go to this location ever again.

***I Don’t Recommend This Location!***

I’m not sure if the food is constantly checked for temperatures. As I’ve also never seen them take temp tests like other locations. (Which if not, could be a health hazard)

Nor if they keep tabs on how long the food has been Sitting there in the hot/cold pans. (Which could be a health hazard)

*This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks of the 5 times I’ve came by, that the Rice was cold & so hard I thought I chipped my tooth tonight taking the first bite.*

The meats also feel like they’re never even hot/warm. (Which could be a health hazard!)

And it’s a shame to pay for a meal, when you can’t even actually eat it all. Literally 1/3 of it is only edible. The rest I have no choice but to throw away. Leaving me hungry for the rest of the night.

I don’t think I’ll be eating from this location moving forward. And I would not recommend it to others.
(I’m also a delivery driver and feel bad at this point for customers I deliver their food from this location).

They were out of Carne Asada. They cook said it would take 10 minutes to cook. He then proceeded to start cooking regular steak and did not care at all that I was waiting on the Carne Asada. Now he said it would take 20 minutes.

Food was ready when I got there for pickup but my husband’s burrito had chicken in only one end of the burrito, like they don’t know how to put it together. Avocado wasn’t even cut, just a giant chunk. Undercooked beans. My burrito bowl had completely undercooked rice. Tortilla chips were stale. We’ve been disappointed in this location before but this is probably the last straw. Shame because it’s so close and convenient and we always loved chipotle before this location.

This is the chipotle I go to every time I have a long day at work and barely get to eat. I live in fate but I choose this location due to the great customer service and the great portions every time! Doesn’t matter what day I go in, I will never have to worry about bad service. I highly recommend North Goliad Chipotle!
