Contrary to other reviews I got a really good portion of food on my bowl. Came in near closing and the place is really busy. The employees were diligent and trying to keep the line moving which I appreciate. They were out of one salsa and had no napkins which in my opinion it’s a sign of being understaffed or poor management. I run my own food truck and can understand being over-worked or forgetting to stock something but just seeing how fast the employees are moving is what leads me to believe the issues are from above. The food could use a little more salt.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, several times a month through the Chipotlelane. Today I ordered inside and staff was completely unprofessional.
I ordered a bowl with white rice, black beans, and sofritas. The employee preparing my bowl did not verbally confirm my requests and only added sofritas initially – no black beans. When I corrected her, she stopped mid-scoop to add the beans, leaving insufficient sofritas coverage on half the bowl. When I politely asked for a bit more, she did not respond.
At checkout, I was charged for double meat I never ordered and clearly didn’t receive. When I questioned it, instead of checking with the person who made my bowl (who was right there), the cashier talked to the male employee at the beginning of the line in Spanish and claimed she “couldn’t see anything” when she opened my bowl. The manager came over and didn’t even investigate – just offered a remake.
I had already wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break. Now I either pay for something I didn’t get, or throw away food and wait another 20 minutes? I felt like they were calling me a liar. No one would listen. So I paid just to leave.
To be dismissed and treated like I’m making things up is completely unprofessional.
This was not just poor customer service – it was dismissive, accusatory, and completely unprofessional. The manager and staff need immediate retraining in communication, customer service, and basic conflict resolution.

Worst manager ever. Wanted half chicken and half carne asada. Yet… she was rude about the portions, and on top of that charged me for the most expensive one out of the two meats. When she barely put a tip of meat of my bowl. Completely unsatisfied!!! Chipotle is getting to be too stingy with their serving portions!! Or it might be this manager alone running this sole restaurant!

The food is really good — both the quantity and taste were spot on. Generous portions with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to dine in without feeling cramped. On top of that, the service was super friendly and efficient. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations I’ve been to!

I’ve been coming to this location daily, until recently, for around 3 years!! All of the staff is great and super friendly even during rushes – they do have some turnover but management has remained the same as well as a few others since I started going there.
Typically order the same thing everyday for lunch so they know me/my order/and rarely did I ever have anything that didn’t taste good. Occasional off days with over salted rice or chicken but if you go somewhere to eat 1,095 times surely you’d have a few misses.
Fairly consistent with portions although there was a 2-3 month period where I had to ask that they add a bit more with some new hires.
Will definitely be back when I’m in the area and hope everyone there continues to do well!

The food at this location in the evening is awful. We ate there twice last week and went back tonight. The food had no heat to it, literally room temp. The rice is often undercooked here. Tonight they told us at 9pm thst there is no guacamole. They said they had avocados but weren’t going to make anymore tonight with two hours left in business hours. They then said it would take an hour to make. I said I would wait. Then they came back to me and told me they did have Guac but it was for online orders only who they prioritize. It was a joke. The veggies tasted like they were cooked four hours ago. This location is a joke at this point. I honestly ask myself if the food is safe to eat. Unfortunate. We will drive to another location further away if we ever feel like ok food again. I remember when chipotle was great.

I got to the store and my order was not ready. When I was acknowledged by the staff and they understood I was there for my order they were quick to get an order not what I had ordered. I say that because when I got back to my office to go eat my meal which was 5 minutes from Chipotle the bottom of my burrito was cold. Like refrigerator cold. I open the burrito up to find this is not the burrito I ordered and that on the receipt it had no instructions as to what I had requested online at all. I will be taking this back to the store and requesting this to be remade.

I came here a lot when it first opened, but stopped going for a while because I felt the food and service were so-so. I’ve been back a few times in the last month, and the service and food are excellent.
The manager was working the food line, and he was very engaged with customers and staff. Greeted people on a friendly way when they entered.
10/10 would recommend.
