This Chipotle on Spring Creek is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served in generous portions. Everything tastes just right — from the rice and beans to the meats and toppings. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the staff take the time to make sure your order is exactly how you want it.
The restaurant is super clean and well-run, with a friendly and efficient team that keeps things moving even during busy hours. The vibe here is positive and organized, which really sets it apart from other locations.

I counted maybe 7 pieces of chicken in this damn bowl. Chipotle is so stingy! My husband grabbed take out but should have cancelled my bowl right after he saw the way it was made.
I scrapped out the guacamole and lettuce to reveal my rice and beans bowl. I wasted my money and this food was trash. Lesson learned though.

I’d give no stars truly. Today I went in about 235pm-ish. No one was ordering or being checked out ahead of me. When I was ready I walked up to order and a girl was wiping everything down, looked at me and said .. nothing. Continued what she was doing. OK! I’m like maybe this isn’t her job (although acknowledge the customer??) anyways. So I wait. There was a girl at the register the entire time … staring and talking with another girl. Guess what they said? NOTHING. No someone will be right with you, no welcome in , not a single acknowledgement andddd no service. A guy walks from the back, so i’m like ok maybe he is doing this portion. NOPE! Looks at me gloves up and walks away. AGAIN no acknowledgement. Four people – all see me, there waiting no acknowledgment andddd no service. Horrendous experience. I never even order walked out because obviously working was optional today. Worst experience i’ve ever had.

Walked in 730pm food in the line was all dry and not appealing. I asked for fresh beans cause they were scraping the bottom of the pan and they said not until they finish all what’s left. I didn’t get beans same with rice except Injust waited 3 mins for fresh rice.

Came in around 9:00 PM and waited in line. When I got to the counter, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. The staff looked exhausted and disengaged. I understand the job is tiring, but there was zero customer service—no greeting, no explanation, no effort.
I was told the chicken would take about 12 minutes. By 9:27 PM, I had already been waiting 27 minutes total, and the chicken still wasn’t ready. There were six customers inside the restaurant waiting for chicken. No one gave updates or communicated anything to us.
What made this worse was watching the chicken finally being cut, only for another employee to repeatedly grab it and use it for to-go orders, even though no to-go customers were physically there waiting. The six customers already inside the restaurant were clearly not being prioritized. That is unacceptable.
There was no visible management and no communication between staff. Employees weren’t talking to each other at all—everyone just working silently with no coordination. It looked disorganized and poorly run. This location clearly lacks leadership, basic communication, and customer prioritization.
Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience. This place seriously needs management and better staff coordination.

On 9/5/25, I placed a ToGo order for pickup for my office place. I ordered 4 meals and one drink (a Topo Chico). Unfortunately, the portion sizes of the 2 burritos were extremely small and the drink was not included in the bag upon pickup. I immediately called the restaurant and was referred to the Chipotle customer service email. I did hear back from a representative that informed me a BOGO offer was added to my profile, which I was happy to receive. Upon logging into my chipotle account, I did NOT receive the BOGO offer. I then sent a follow up email along with 2 other follow up emails throughout last week regarding this issue with no response. I’ve decided to post here as a last ditch attempt to get this issue resolved.

I’ve been here a few times through out the last few years, but mostly at random, but didn’t feel I had the time to write a review. I just looked past the errors. However, today warrants that review.
Each time I’ve been here it’s been a new face with 1 or 2 people at the front and 4 or 5 people in the back area hovering and hanging out. Without fail, we order two bowls: with chicken or steak. Each time the price is different and toppings are lower. I’m not sure if this comes out of their check or not, but come on, adding a half of spoon of beans over full bowl of rice doesn’t seem like it’s proportionate.
While the team hovers in back just putting the new Chipotle steak on the stove that would take another 10 minutes, I decided to order the regular steak (double) with chicken. The cost was over $25 after I asked them to put more beans and toppings on. It’s like they put the very least amount on so you’ll have to ask for more and then get charged extra. Great business model!

Hispanic guy they have working on the line is very rude and will put the last of whatever is in the pan in your bowl even after you asked for fresh veggies! Definitely disappointed in the customer service! So because I wanted fresh veggies he decides to pile a butt load of lettuce on my meal being petty and let’s not forget I got flipped off as well! This location definitely needs to be looked into and I will be the one to make that happen!
