This is The sorriest bowl I Have ever seen this is totally disgusting. This is a full bed of rice a few strands of lettuce in about three pieces of meat and I ordered for pick up. Just imagine getting to get back to your work or wherever you’re going only to open your bag and see this well I will be going back. This is just totally disgusting.

I ordered a bowl from the Chipotle on Craig Ranch in McKinney (2811 Craig Dr), and the chicken I received was completely burnt. When I brought it to the front, the manager in the back, Melissa, made a slick comment saying “it’s not burnt” while I was speaking with the front counter employee. They did give me more chicken, but it was still burnt all I could taste was the burnt flavor. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this location takes better care with food quality and customer service.

These new workers are terrible. I’ve been coming to this chipotle for a long time and portion sizing is obviously an issue at all chipotles but in general, I’ve never had a problem here because it never seemed malicious. Sometimes I’d get a bigger portion and sometimes it’d be smaller, but since I come so often, I never complained since it pretty much averages out. But today, not only did I get a small portion to begin with, I decided to get a side of protein at the last minute and they skimped me on that one too! I ordered my bowl first and the protein already looked a little light when the guy scooped it but whatever. The guy literally could not look more apathetic, so I just let it go. Then my boyfriend orders and he gets the exact same meat, but he got significantly more than me. Then when we’re paying, after my bowl is already sealed, I decided to get a side of protein. The girl worker (with literally the WORST attitude) just pinched a small amount into a salsa cup. I commented that it didn’t look like a full serving but she just stared at me in silence. I paid and went home but it was still bothering me so I decide to weigh everything. Chipotle website says a serving is 4oz of meat. My extra side of protein came out to 3oz. So then I decided to weigh the portion in my bowl too and that one was ALSO 3oz. Like yes, 1oz off makes it seem like it’s no big deal because these amounts are so small, but percentage wise you’re literally getting 25% less than what you’re paying for. And they did it to me TWICE. Maybe this will seem nitpick-y to some people but in this economy, with the rising cost of food and living in general, 25% less food while paying the same amount is ridiculous and will easily add up. There was a different girl who worked here (I wish I got her name, but I haven’t seen her in a while) who was great because she was just fair and consistent. I don’t even expect friendliness at all, because I know it’s chipotle and they’re not making that much. But these new batch of workers literally act like it’s your fault they have to work.

People , that Restaurant Dining area was nasty , every table & floor was dirty. The teens working were not on top of it , they just stared at you , like you didn’t exist. They didn’t know when fresh food would be ready at 553pm. I haven’t eaten there in years because they always have poor service , old food from the mid day time til evening time. When white rice is greenish looking and the pinto beans are dry it’s time to refresh. We waited to get fresh food , they couldn’t accomadate us , til more people came on to eat

I arrived 6:55pm the Fri after Thanksgiving. I just wanted some guacamole for some chips I bought. I really like Chipotle guacamole. There were a few people ahead of me. I could tell down to the last few scoops. I advised the young lady I wanted guacamole, I said I’ll wait for you to put out a fresh one. Melissa whom I now know is a manager said this is all, there not making anymore. I said you’re open a few more hours, you don’t have anymore, said this is it. She started to speak in Spanish to the lady at the register, who backs her up and say there’s no more. I said, please let me speak to your manager. The lady (Moeme) at the register say, she and Melissa are the managers. I said unbelievable and that I’m going to call the corporate. Moeme, then saud we won’t put out anymore until the one they were scraping out of is gone. Y’all. They were giving the next 3 guest like barely a spoon full. Chipotle charges almost $3 for a scoop and those customers didn’t get a good scoop. The guacamole was on it’s last leg, it was no longer pretty green. A pale mush. They reluctantly brought out a pan, and said this is all we have. We all have seen how those pans of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole are filled to the rim. I bought it. If I get sick, I will know this the batch they give customers Melissa and Moeme don’t like. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t ge it… why. All I asked for is fresh guacamole. I will be following up with corporate.

My wife went here to buy food for us for dinner. I love Chipotle, but my wife’s food was such a waste of money. Why didn’t you put more meat on it if you gave me this much rice? And why are you charging us so much money for food that would barely fill up a toddler, much less a grown adult? Also, my wife said that the employees’ attitudes were very rude. They were constantly interrupting my wife and our other two friends and rushing through their orders as if they were about to lock the doors, my friend was equally as frustrated as my wife at the way they treated the three of them. It was two younger girls who worked tonight (1/31) at 9:40 p.m. They were being lazy and didn’t want to care about the customers, they just wanted to sit around and not work for the last 30 minutes of their shift. If that’s your attitude then go get a different job, don’t work in the service industry. You can see for yourself how terrible the food is.
I understand that it was late at night. But the restaurant does not close until 10pm, and my wife came in with our two friends to grab food to-go because they finished their work late. They weren’t trying to sit down and make the workers stay late, so why did the workers have an attitude about my wife and our two friends stopping by to buy some food quickly. You don’t need to punish your customers just because you are upset that you were scheduled to close. If they came in 5 minutes before you closed, I could understand your frustration, but being rude and giving the customer barely anything in their food because they came in 20 minutes before you closed for a TO-GO ORDER is unreasonable.
To anyone else who might be planning to stop here to grab some food, don’t waste your time here. You’ll find much more polite service and bigger food portions at other late-night restaurants in the area (try Hawaiian Bros just down the highway, who are open until 11pm and are ALWAYS polite.)

I came to the restaurant at 9:30 PM, and they close at 10 PM. I wanted to try the new chimichurri with the carne asada, but they had run out. I politely asked if she could substitute the carne asada with steak since I mainly wanted to try it with the sauce and didn’t want to pay extra.
Instead of helping, she seemed irritated and started talking to her coworkers in Spanish, complaining that I came in 30 minutes before closing and was being “difficult.”
Unfortunately for her, I understood everything she said. I asked to speak to the manager, and it turned out she was the manager, which made it even more disappointing.
I’ve worked in the food industry before, and no matter what time it is, customers deserve to be treated with respect and good service. This was unprofessional and left a bad impression.

Good honest homestyle fare. Good sized portions. Nice staff. Efficient service. Lots of local working men for lunch. It is tucked around a corner and not easy to spot. Look behind Starbucks.

This is the worst ran chipotle I’ve ever been to. Almost every time I come here they just don’t have stuff like no steak, no chicken, I’ve gone there and they haven’t had tortillas. Today there was no white rice sheesh. The service is good but the manager needs to be re assessed for real. The just have there staff deal with back-lash.

She put things i didn’t ask for in my bowl because she wouldn’t slow down and listen to my order.
And then I paid she left my food close to the register
Didn’t say thank you I had to reach all the way over to get it.
I love Chipotle eat it once a week atleast.
