I recently went to Chipotle for a quick meal after a long day. I ordered a carnitas burrito, what I received was a rice and beans burrito for $12. I emailed customer service because the phone wouldn’t connect me to the store and got no response. I also tried to upload a picture of my rice and bean burrito but the file was too large for Chipotle customer service. $46 down the drain. Never again, Chipotle.

I’ve been a Chipotle fan for years, but this location seems to be struggling to get things in good alignment. Twice now I’ve gotten smaller than standard burritos. The last time I was shocked to get home and pulled my burrito out of the bag to find that it was half the size of what I normally would get. Definitely a need for some QC and better training at this location.

Portions are tiny in general every time but on my last order (smaller sam order on the app) that consist of 3 tacos with adobo chicken. Each taco literally had one piece of chicken and none of the tacos had lettuce. People seem to be friendly enough even if they aren’t doing their jobs correctly. Have never eaten inside so I can’t comment on atmosphere or cleanliness. Orders are often wrong.

We were so hungry forgot to take pictures before we started eating. Steak was cut so nicely and was delicious. As usual the chips are stale tasting but still good!

I’ve been to Chipotle many times, but this was my first visit to this new location. The food was fresh and tasty, and the location itself is clean and pleasant. Great experience overall!

North Texas continues to grow, and with that expansion comes a new Chipotle at Custer and 380. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and it’s great to see they’re open late—until 11pm. The food is just what you’d expect from Chipotle: fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. A solid addition to the neighborhood for a quick and satisfying meal.

I’m really disappointed with this order. The bowl I received was barely half of what it’s supposed to be. For the price Chipotle charges, I expect proper portions, not something that looks half for double price.
I don’t know if they’re saving the items or if they’re stealing for themselves. If so, please reduce the prices to half of what they are. I guess it would make sense then.
I’ve been a regular customer, but experiences like this make it hard to justify coming back. Please pay more attention to portion sizes and quality control — customers shouldn’t feel short-changed.

First time in a while that I’ve had a great experience at chipotle. We went with a group on a Wednesday at the height of lunch. All of the employees were working very well together. Service was friendly and quick. The meal was delicious. Bathroom was spotless.

This is gonna be a pretty short one. For the most part it’s the standard Chipotle experience. There’s nothing that immediately stands out as a good thing or as a red flag. I was happy to have a new Chipotle location even closer to me, and have tried this location out three times now with nothing interesting to say about it positive or negative. Looks clean. Staff are friendly though when the rushes hit they noticeably struggle a bit. Understandable. Place is a decent size so I never feel very cramped. It’s a decent enough standard Chipotle…
EXCEPT all three times I went, I got food poisoning or something and puked the meal up later. I don’t experience this with other Chipotle locations so it’s for sure something about this one. I also don’t notice anything off while eating it. Same good food, but 3 out of 3 times from one place is not coincidence. Go to a different Chipotle. I wish I knew what was happening but all I can really do is shrug on this one and advise against it.

Tonight on Sunday, February 8th, 2026, I made the mistake of going to this location. I ordered at about 7:30 p.m., ordering a burrito for myself, and a bowl for my dad. I had been craving Chipotle for a week, so I was pretty excited. The first boy, who put the ingredients on the burrito and bowl, did well. However, the other boy, who was at the register was the one who wrapped my burrito. I watched in horror as he attempted to wrap it so horribly, that not even a lack of training could explain how awful it was. It looked like a cube, and it tore open. He then decided to put a 2nd tortilla around it, which he didn’t even bother trying to wrap it shut, and ingredients started pouring out as he tried to wrap the foil around it. I was so shocked at the sheer incompetence, that I almost walked out of the building then and there. However I did not want my dad to go without his bowl, so I just bought the bowl and told the kid I wasn’t going to take the messed up burrito. I wish I had taken a picture of the abomination of a burrito, but I was just in too much shock. I’ll be surprised if that kid still has a job in a week, based on how incompetent he is.
