I love chipotle and go often but mainly in person rarely online order. Well, I ordered online today to get home and when I get home the food quality is terrible. They underserve you on portions (mainly meats) to avoid food cost problems. They load it up with lettuce and rice to make it “seem full” but when you remove the toppings I see barely any meat in there, even though I ordered double meat and paid for it. I am losing faith in chipotle and this is just terrible. Do better chipotle. This is unacceptable.

This location is very inconsistent with their portions. The employees give proper spoonfuls of protein to people in front of you, and then bounce the spoon so it looks like they’re giving proper portions when it’s your turn. If you ask for double they give you two extra pieces and then charge $3.25. I don’t think Chipotle will be around in the next five years with constant price hikes and stinginess. I’ve deleted my rewards app and won’t ever return.

Went in tonight and had one of my best experiences at chipotle. Hannah gave us excellent service and made the best bowls we have ever had. She was very kind and will be the reason I revisit this location. Thank you hannah for your great service tonight.

I recently visited this Chipotle location and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl, but I was given beef instead. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, no one—including the manager—offered an apology. Instead, I was told in an arrogant tone that “contamination can happen” and that it is “quite often possible,” as if it’s something customers should expect.
As someone who orders vegetarian food, this is extremely concerning. Food contamination is a serious issue, and dismissing it so casually shows a lack of respect for customer dietary preferences and health concerns. The manager’s attitude was especially unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, she simply asked if she should “remake a fresh one,” with no sense of responsibility or concern.
This experience raises serious questions about food handling, training, and customer service at this location. I hope upper management reviews this incident and ensures proper standards are followed, especially regarding cross-contamination and customer communication.

Ordered my usual however it seems I got a little extra protein today in my bowl. As you can see in my picture there is a dead mosquito hawk in my food! How wonderful! Nothing like disease friendly food! Safe to say I will not be coming back to this location.

I visited Chipotle and ordered a bowl. The rice was extremely sticky, to the point that the employee had to scoop it out with her hand. I asked for chicken, only about half a scoop was added. Due to the overall experience, we chose to just leave.

Received an abnormally small portion of rice compared to all the other times I’ve gotten this meal. Also very weird but there was avocado INSIDE my quesadilla! I guess the person making it never used their eyes? Makes no sense. Thankfully I’m not allergic because I couldn’t tell until after I took my first bite.

I have always had a great experience when it comes to Chipotle. Usually the only things that kills it for me is cleanliness, items stocked, wait time and quantities and quality of food served as well and service. I’d say this location is pretty good in all except quantity. This location gives slightly less portions in protein and all other toppings. Not sure why… But they’re consistent at it. Otherwise, its pretty good.
