The burrito was huge, and tasted great. The service was good, and fast. I really enjoyed it. It was a bit pricey though, and at what I paid, more meat and less fillers would have given me value for my money. I paid about $19 for 1 burrito that had 4oz of meat. That being said, I’ll still likely return, but not often.

If you want fresh healthy food, this is the place to go. A double chicken bowl usually has around 85g of protein depending on your bowl which is why you usually see people eating here after the gym.
This particular location usually gives fair portions and their manager at the time of this writing has great customer service. Really hope it stays this way.

The food was delicious. The real star was the staff. Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I’ve had Chipotle many times but usually just get a chicken quasadilla. Today I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and the staff helped me create an excellent bowl.

I knew there was a reason Chipotle wasn’t one of the places we look forward to. While they didn’t look short staffed, they were extremely slow. The wait time was so long that we considered other options. Once we approached the counter we noticed that their work area needed a little attention. After ordering and paying for our meal we turned to decided whether or not we would dine in. Well, the uncleanliness of the available tables and floors helped us decide fairly quickly. We would eat in the car. The patio would have been perfect had it not been for the chill in the air. To the car we went. Not one clean plate (or should I say bowl) or aluminum foil on this evening. After a few bites, I remembered why I prefer not to eat at Chipotle. Service.. Food.. Location.. ✅ Overall experience.. time wasted. There are so many dining options in the area. Hopefully the next one will be a better one.

Yesterday night i had made a pick up order and when I came straight home, i had everything in my bowl but my protein i get it’s almost closing time and everyone is tired and i truly get that, but we all have reasons to be ordering food at late. Could be coming from the hospital visiting a loved one, had a bad day at work, it may not be serious but please, double check these customers orders before you pack it’s also just a waste of money and with this economy every penny counts.

Usually the low ratings typically indicate bad service but it’s mostly related to customer service. My online order got picked up by someone else and they had remade it hastily and without any sort of apology. I think just an apology goes a long way given that this sort of thing doesn’t happen often

Walked in to the pick up section and was ignored so I said “I’m picking up an order” nicely and got IGNORED again. There was a girl not doing anything that had just walked by me to get to the counter so I thought she would help me but no. I really thought nobody heard as it took about 30 secs for a guy that was making a bowl to turn around and say “what’s the name” then the girl chimed in, looked up (she was in front of me the whole time) and asked for my name at the same time he did. This isn’t the first time they’re rude, so I actually avoid coming to this location but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I know some days they’re super busy but that was not the case neither time. I definitely won’t be back cause three times of rudeness was enough for me.
