Outstanding service and hospitality at Chipotle! We arrived at 10:30 PM—just 30 minutes before closing—and were greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Allison, Adrian, Allan, Tayma, and David went above and beyond, preparing our food fresh to order and making us feel truly welcome. Their teamwork and positive attitudes, especially so close to closing time, made the experience exceptional. The food was fresh, delicious, and served with care. We will definitely be returning!

Absolute joke of a company. $25 you would expect to get the order right. Not only was my order missing my guacamole and queso. The bowl arrived 1/4 filled… it’s hoesntly a joke very dumb of me to waste my money here and so frustrating. I hadn’t ordered chipotle in 6 month and used to eat it weekly, decided to try again today, and it is most definitely my last time every eating chipotle. Terrible company, very good job Chipotle.

I had to go to Urgent Care for what happened to me after I ate my standard veggie items the day before yesterday. My lips got hard like a fried crepe, my throat got swollen, and the muscles in my jaws became hard. The doctor said my body had an allergic reaction to the food, and I was given a cup of few ounces of steroids.
This is not the first time. In a previous visit, I saw that brown rice looked plastic, and when I ate it felt little crunchy. Then it gave me stomach pain.
I have been eating the same food at home in the past few days. With the only change being inclusion of chipotle in it. If I were to have an allergic reaction with that food, it would have shown. It happened only when I ate the food here and for the second time.
That is why I am making this post. I should have checked the store has 2.4 rating ahead. But assumed Chipotle meant good quality for the price. This was not about my allergies, and it was not the first time. I feel something got contaminated like the rice last time.
It also looks like I a not the only person who experienced this and the store overall is dirty like in other pictures. They close at 11 but by 9 the store is being cleaned with water on the floor when I went in along with the food quality being dirty.
I am a food lover. A heavy personality. I hate being angry and giving such a review. But I had to, to avert a health crisis. I will be sharing my complaint with the health authorities.

Seeing the steam from the queso, I quietly mentioned, “Oh no, you’re rushing a bit, please be careful.” I was worried about the plastic melting or contaminating the food.
Instead of addressing the spill, the manager became visibly upset and attempted to serve us the queso from the contaminated container without removing the plastic markers first.
When I politely asked if we could perhaps get fresh queso from the drive-through line to avoid the plastic, he removed our food, placed it on the back table, and told us he would not serve us because I had been “rude.”
Our Concern
We were left without dinner and felt quite shaken. It is disappointing to be denied service simply for pointing out a legitimate food safety hazard. We truly believe your team is capable of great service, but this specific interaction felt unnecessary and hurtful.

I am a person that typically leaves positive reviews. I love giving great feedback, but this was the most disgusting restaurant I’ve walked through in years… It was 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I was the only customer in the building . 4 employees standing around talking and there was not a clean table to sit at and the trash was overflowing. The tea machine looked like it had not been cleaned in three days. Chipotle do better.
Caviat- the food was delicious, and the girl at the front counter was very polite. Management. Address this . Health dept may need to come take a look

Online order! None of the entrees ordered are the same as ordered. The all missing something of the extras or have a little of the items ordered with extra. Very disappointed in this store. Staff need to pay attention to the order and make sure to fill as ordered not as desired by the staff.

Ordered Chicken Bowl around 7.15 PM. They ran out of rice. The overall bowl is just a junk. No flavor in chicken. No consistent salt in other items. Not sure the people in the kitchen are trained or not. The food is total worthless. This is the first time in this location. Unfortunately I did not check the review for this location otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped here. So many bad review for more than a year but still the condition is same. The food is scattered all around the serving area.

I never write reviews. That’s how you know this location is straight garbage and needs a complete overhaul. Chicken had many fatty pieces which you cannot consume. Terrible service by the crew. Server didn’t know the price of the quesadillas, they are not listed on the menu either for some reason.
I used to work at the chipotle on Preston when I was in high school and filling the bowls was never a problem. The person serving me was very rude, condescending and rushing me even though nobody else was behind me. She barely put any meat or cheese in my quesadilla and when I asked for a fair portion she said it will be extra.
Will never be coming back here and that woman needs to get fired asap. She clearly isn’t in the right mental space to be working fast food. Unbelievable. It’s also way to expensive for how mediocre the food is.

I’ve eaten chipotle possibly 100 times in the past 5 years. I ordered online from this establishment at 3pm Wednesdays afternoon. I drove up, collected my order and expected an average burrito bowl. What I received when I got home was beyond me. That was the best damn chipotle food I’ve eaten in my 20 years on this earth. The chipotle honey chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the fresh guacamole and queso connected the food to my heart. Good Job and 5 Big Booms.
