Tell me how many tacos you can count without knowing they’re from Chipotle. Like, who would actually want to eat slop tacos like this? The team needs re-training—balling them up in aluminum foil and putting them in a bag to open up to this is unacceptable. What kind of management is overseeing this location?
Cleanliness at this location is poor as well. The three trash bins are full, and having team members just standing around without taking care of it shows terrible leadership and standards for this place. Tables are dirty, and the fountain dispenser is not clean or being wiped down. These are careless standards. MANAGEMENT NEEDS immediate attention.

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Chipotle is my favorite food and these guys are ruining that. Their service is bad and showing attitude to customers. No pleasing at all and no cleanliness in the restaurant.
Also, I’m a Vegetarian person, I observed that while eating after taking it to home I see meat pieces came in the bowl. Attached the screenshot.
On top of that, when I asked for redeemption of my reward, they told I can only get it redeemed or purchased only one chance.
Who are they to tell me to purchase or redeem once a day only ? Seems like they are not ready to give for free even though it’s through rewards.
The lady over there doesn’t know how to do gift card purchases.

I’ve gone here probably a dozen time and they can’t ever to get things right. It’s just one thing after, this time their shipment of beans never came in and they ran out white rice so because they are running low on things they decide to just give half servings of everything else but then tell me extra when I ask for more. Like bruh just close down if you have to cut corners, I can see the bottom of my bowl after I order. I’ll just need to face that I have to go to a further location because this one is a lost cause.

Good service, we ordered pickup and by the time we were there food was packed and ready to go. The quantity was right, sauces and guac for the veggie bowl perfect. The packing impeccable . The only issue was the rice was undercooked this time. A ‘may fo again’ place.

Ordered online & noticed when we got home that the order was wrong. When we went back, the girl with the red hair and eyelash extensions said “well… did you even open it? Sometimes we just put the wrong sticker on.” When she opened up the bowl, it was indeed not the correct order. She then rushed us through making a new bowl for us then proceeded to toss the food across the counter and walked away. The manager with the beard stood there and did nothing about it. Horrible service.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with veggies, extra rice, and extra beans through the Chipotle app. When I opened it at home, the bowl was barely half full — definitely not what I expected after asking (and paying) for extra portions. Really disappointing to see such inconsistent quality and portion sizes. Chipotle needs to pay more attention to what customers actually order.

It’s not Mexican but it is very good. I’d call it Southwest. The food is fresh and served right in front of you. It costs more than your average fast food but the quality is higher and the quantity is good too.

Food’s good, but the manager makes the place uncomfortable. Rude attitude, zero warmth, and it honestly feels like she remembers customers just to treat them worse next time. Customer service shouldn’t feel personal, but here it definitely does.

This has to be the most filthy chipotle I’ve ever ate at. The food was cold, queso smelt rancid and just about every table was dirty. The soda machine and tea section looked like they’ve never been cleaned and trash cans had an awful smell and were all overfilled. They weren’t even busy and there was at least 4 ppl working there. They should have had one person cleaning up. Whoever is manager at this location should definitely be fired.

I visited the Chipotle in Flower Mound, Texas on a Sunday afternoon. It was fairly busy, but the line went fast. We all ordered burrito bowls, but everyone chose different toppings. They were delicious and a perfect Sunday afternoon lunch.
