This Chipotle is an absolute disgrace. The workers looked completely drained and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Zero effort, zero respect, zero customer service. Instead of a friendly greeting, it’s literally, “What do you want?” — like customers are bothering them.
The restaurant was disgusting — dirty drink station, dirty floors, dirty tables. I took pictures because I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operating. This looks like a health code violation waiting to happen. Where is management? Where is the health inspection?
I asked for a medium or small cup — they’re out. Fine, things happen. But they handed me a large cup with NO lid, and when I asked for one they laughed and said they “ran out.” Laughing and joking around instead of doing their job. Completely unprofessional, especially the guy with the goatee.
I’m done. Never coming back to this location. And yes, I want my refund — I refuse to pay for trash service and a dirty environment. Chipotle needs to shut this location down, retrain everyone, and actually clean the place. Embarrassing.

Second time I get dinner here and both times I got small potions. Looked liked mostly rice, a dash of beans and a sprinkle of beef. I asked for a little more but they wanted to charge me extra.

Chipotle food quality and service have gone down in Coppell. Last night I visited and ordered in to eat. The restaurant was very poorly maintained, almost all the tables were not clean , no silverware, food quality also was not very good. Was not expecting this at a Chipotle especially in Coppell.

I come here pretty often, but this weekend was one of the worst experiences. The staff is always rude, rushing, and acting like they’re giving out free food instead of serving paying customers. Businesses run because of customers—start treating people better.

I had one of the worst experiences at Chipotle due to extremely unprofessional customer service from an employee named Belle. The interaction was rude and dismissive, which made an already frustrating visit even worse. On top of that, the chicken served tasted old and did not seem fresh at all, which was very disappointing and concerning. Several menu items were also unavailable, and there was little effort made to communicate this properly or offer alternatives. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and limited product availability made this visit a complete letdown. This location seriously needs better customer service and quality control.

Went in to get bowl and after ordering bowl, cashier said cashier machine went down. Waited for 10 min so offered to pay with cash but they refused to take free queso ode from app, and also demanded that I pay $14 when chicken bowl was like $13.05 with queso (this is already price with queso when they shouldn’t have charged with queso). Terrible customer experience

Getting tired of this place. Always out of things and not bothered at all about it. Today went to the store 8:30 p.m. and they were out of Guacamole and veggie fajitas and said they were out for the day. They close at 10 p.m.! The kids working there are not bothered about customer service. No sorry, no can we substitute anything else.

Very disappointed with this Chipotle. We ordered queso for someone who doesn’t eat beef, but it came with a piece of beef in it. When we reported it, the staff didn’t apologize and actually asked us to pay for a replacement. That’s unacceptable and shows a lack of care for dietary restrictions and basic customer service. I hope management fixes this issue.

Seriously chipotle?? I placed an online order and arrived on time bc it said it was ready to be picked up on the shelf only to find out my order isn’t made yet. I waited patiently for 15 minutes and there is zero urgency to complete my order. Additionally I saw that the bowls were not secured properly which resulted in the food to leak into the bag. This used to be my go to chipotle but not anymore!

We were at the Denton Tap Chipotle on 12/12/2025 from 5:50-6:30pm and left without ordering. We waited in line for 15 minutes before finally ordering a chicken Burrito bowl. We were told the chicken would be ready in 5 minutes. We watched a totally incompetent cook cut chicken breasts and then throw them in the trash. Either there was no manager present or they were as incompetent as the cook. We finally left without ordering.
