Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The brown rice were uncooked in the bowl and a burrito we ordered.

After a couple of bites of the bowl we went to the counter to explain the rice are uncooked. The big tall guy immediately denied without even trying. Upon my second ask he rudely said we dont make custom rice for everyone, there were no complaints from other customers so rice are good. Ofcourse there would be no complaints because we were the only dining-in at that time. Regardless, he rudely asked us to remove the order from the glass shelf. At that point, my friend with me suggested to leave because there was no point arguing with a person who is there with no good faith. We ended up trashing the bowl.

To the management here: this was my worst customer experience at any restaurant. I am not the first one leaving a bad review 🙂 And kindly educate employees to fully cook the rice otherwise its going to hurt people’s stomach!

Ordered online: order was totally wrong. Ordered steak bowl but got Chicken. Added lettuce, no lettuce. Not hard to make an order.

This location very slow The serving table where they make the bowls and burritos was absolutely ridiculously dirty covered in sour cream lettuce cheese all mixed together and they slide the bowls across the dirty table. It only takes 15 seconds to wipe the service table off where you make the food. I watch one girl grab the lettuce and the cheese huge handfuls part of it doesn’t even hit the bowl goes all over the table in the floor and in the other containers so sour cream is mixed with the sauces and lettuce they definitely need some management help here.

Poor Service Experience and Staff Attitude

I recently visited this location with my son and daughter, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant appeared understaffed and clearly struggled to manage the number of customers present.

There was only one team member at the counter, who seemed new and overwhelmed. While my son was ordering a burrito with several extras, she struggled to wrap it and had to call over a colleague for help. This second employee came over with a visibly negative attitude, and things went downhill from there.

When my daughter ordered a bowl with both steak and chicken as her protein choices intending for both to be counted as part of the double meat option, this staff member rudely interrupted, saying, “You already have double meat of chicken.!” This was incorrect, and my daughter wasn’t trying to get more than she paid for. And she preferred her double meat to be STEAK AND CHICKEN, NOT CHICKEN AND CHICKEN !! YOU got it wrong because you rushed her and felt that I (mother standing right there witnessing it) will not say anything like we are naive and haven’t been to other locations before. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT MY DAUGHTER DID NOT WANT IN HER BOWL?? It felt like she was rushed and dismissed simply because there were other customer waiting in line.

Let me be clear: we paid full price, with no deals or coupons, and expected decent service. Instead, the tone and attitude from this staff member ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal for my family. While I chose not to make a scene at the time, I found the behavior completely unacceptable. No wonder you have mostly bad reviews for customer service.

To management: this location needs more staff training and support during busy hours. Hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Went here yesterday and the entire parking lot and walkway to the door were still frozen over. They didn’t treat the ground outside the front door and I slipped and fell to the ground. I slipped right in front of an employee that was sitting inside and they didn’t say anything. Luckily I wasn’t hurt too bad but the walkway to the front door and disabled parking wasn’t treated at all.

I checked in at the Chipotlane and waited 20 minutes with no updates. A different employee eventually came to the window, took my name, and told me to park for app orders. After another 15 minutes with no progress, I went inside to find only three employees rushing around and the whole place looking extremely disorganized. I had to personally ask for my order before it was finally handed to me—55 minutes after the app said it was ready. Really unacceptable operations for an order placed OVER AN HOUR in advance (After all of that I went home to eat and the food was cold.) 0 Stars.

I never leave bad reviews like this. The food was fine but the employees here completely lack any customer service skills. I came in and as I was waiting for someone to take my order, four employees behind the counter were just staring at me, giggling and whispering to themselves. There was absolutely no “hello” or “welcome”, and it kept going for about 3 mins before someone finally took my order. They seem miserable, unprofessional and very unkind. I will not be returning

Wish I would have checked the reviews before I came. This was the worst Chipotle bowl Ive ever eaten. The Carne Asada which is usually so tender and delicious was tough, fatty, and tasted strange. The brown rice wasn’t even completely cooked, and felt hard when chewing and they wouldn’t even give me enough rice to cover even the bottom of my bowl. I would appreciate being contacted about this. Just awful.

usually i have great service and good from here because i frequently order through the chipotlane but today there was a new girl who gave no effort to be friendly at all, and the food is honestly disgusting. the chicken is chewy and tastes old and the rest of the meal is poor portioned and hard to swallow. disappointed bc i usually like this location but clearly the staff today doesn’t care

Welp. Got our first case of food poisoning here. How do I know? It was the only thing I had eaten from the prior night to lunchtime the following day. We have eaten religiously at the chipotle off 121 – never had this happen!!!
