I really wanted a QuesoRito (burrito wrapped in quesadilla) with the Chicken Pastor. But as soon as I ask for the QuesoRito, worker starts giving 2-3 excuses as to why he can’t do one. “We don’t have the tortillas for that”.
Okay, I’ll take a regular burrito with chicken Pastor…
“We out of that and the chicken will be ready in 5 minutes…”
“Out of white rice…”
Fine.
Get to checkout with my wife and the cashier does not confirm our order. Proceeded to charge me for 2 bowls and 2 queso.
We had 1 bowl with queso and 1 burrito.
I turn and ask about why the up charge and request a refund and get met with attitude.
“Welllll. That’s what he said it was…”
I ask again for the refund and a manager comes up.
I explain the overcharge for queso an then ask if I can use a coupon I forgot.
“Wellll… I’ll haft to refund the whole order and re-ring it to do that (looking/gesturing to his long line).”
Okay… do whatever.
The dining area is trash, hasn’t been cleaned for 2+ hours. Outside was cleaner.
Dirty rag left on one of the tables inside.
Portion size for the bowl was abysmal. Burrito tasted mostly of water because the lettuce wasn’t dried. Just setting in water.
Would give 0 stars if possible for the amount of attitude I received over quality.

Ordering Chipotle for pickup is a scam. The portions were ridiculously small, especially for the price. My whole family was disappointed. Save your money and just go inside.

Ok, so I’m giving the food 3 stars because as someone who was born and raised in Mexico City, I’m really annoyed that everything at Chipotle is spicy lol. Well, not the tortillas but, pretty much everything else has jalapeños or some sort of chili pepper and it’s spicy. Before anyone starts attacking me for my comment, i have a right to my opinion and say that the food is good but just too spicy for me so i won’t eat here again. Moving on, service was great though. Definitely 5 stars. Pretty sure her name is Niki (i asked since they don’t wear name tags so hopefully i heard her right), and she was so sweet, professional, friendly, and just amazing. She took the time to tell me ingredients and answer my questions (i have lots of allergies and it was my first time here). And even though it’s not the place for me due to spice level, she really made the experience great, so, thank you Niki for being so patient with me and going above and beyond to make sure i ordered something allergy friendly, even if it was too spicy for me lol.

Ordered a burrito, tacos, and a kids quesadilla. All tasted great. The quesadilla was made better than my daughter has had it at other chipotle locations. They weren’t as generous initially with the portions, but added more when requested. The staff did not seem unfriendly as other reviews mention, but they definitely were not over the top welcoming. I see myself frequenting this location often. I like the single booths in this new floorplan.

The management is horrible and rude. After ordering my food I asked for some honey vinaigrette sauce. The cashier made it seem like the biggest deal and the manager had to stomp over to give me a container of sauce and said “you have to ask for it at the front of the line” (there is no charge for the sauce whether I order it in the beginning or end of the line btw) only at this location multiple times have I experienced a rudeness from staff, specifically when asking for the honey vinaigrette sauce.

This place is absolutely disgusting with filth.. I don’t guess anyone ever cleans.. Everywhere you lool is food on the floor on the chairs. I had to wipe off my own table. Will never return here.. I also was charged twice for Asking for at least a full spoonful of chicken.. i’m not hard to please but this place will never get my business again.

Went in for a quesadilla only to be told I could only order the “big” quesadilla online. So I ordered online and waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla that has a 10 minute cook time maximum. Then I got in line and made my way to the register and asked a lady with red hair about my order. “If you have an online order and it’s not on the shelf it’s not ready”. I get that that is how it works but I had been waiting for too long already. Will be back to chipotle but not this location. Service is always terrible and I am a server at a local restaurant so I know how customers can be. Pretty disappointed to say the least.
