Normally I don’t have any issues with this Chipotle and I go here frequently for work orders and personal orders. I’ve never had an employee put blocks of cheese in my bowl before.

Had about 8 people in front of me. One being a large family. Took about 10 minutes for them to get their order made and paid for. Inconvenient, but understandable. Then one more couple in front of me. Took them about 10 minutes as well. They didn’t make any special requests, the staff was just extremely discombobulated. Half of the ingredients were bottom of the barrel low or completely empty. Staff were interrupting to ask for random ingredients for to go orders while customers in line were being served. I’m pretty sure there’s a special section devoted to ingredients for to go orders. When I finally got to the end, I noticed that there wasn’t a container for shredded cheese or sour cream. I asked if they could refill those ingredients, but was told they were completely out. I doubt that was the truth, but off things like that can happen I guess. The part that really pushed me over the edge, was that when I got home and finally ate, the chicken was completely undercooked. There is absolute no excuse for serving undercooked chicken to customers. I threw mine away. I hope no one else ended up getting sick.

I walked in at approximately 9:15 PM intending to dine in. When placing my order, I was asked whether it was to go. After clarifying that I planned to dine in, the staff member assisting me made noticeable facial expressions and looked at the clock, which made the situation uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When I asked if there was an issue, I was informed that they were trying to finish up early, despite the posted closing time on Google Maps being 11:00 PM — nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes later.

Due to the unwelcoming atmosphere, I ultimately decided to take my order to go instead of dining in. As a customer who arrived well before closing time, this experience was disappointing.

Both restroom sinks were out of order. After several motion attempts and jiggling loose faucet head (yeah the were broke), the sensors did not work to turn on water to wash hands after restroom use and before eating (um… holding a burrito – gross!). I informed staff and they said one was broke and the other takes a looooong time to sense and work. I could never get it to to turn on. I suggested they post out of order signs, or at least sinks not working and place hand sanitizers in there. It makes so sense that they wouldnt call a plumber out asap to fix, terrible situation and lack of care for puplic health.

I now understand all the crappy reviews for this location. They opened this location a couple of years ago and the initial reviews were awful…. I figured I’d wait for them to iron-out the flaws, so I finally tried this Owasso location for the first time last week… and then again this week.
TWO WEEKS IN A ROW, they failed to deliver an accurate to-go order. I paid for items I didn’t receive, and the $13 3-pack of tacos is a joke…. Snack-size at best. I still don’t know what Chipotle Ranch dressing tastes like because they didn’t include that either. They must have too many options for the average Owasso worker to be able to comprehend…. or maybe they fill the bag, and once it’s full, they ignore the other items you paid for. It’s tantamount to Chipotle stealing from their customers. I hope they’re enjoying the guacamole I paid for. That was my last visit.
Chipotle Corporate needs to step in and take-over this franchise, fire all the incompetent workers and bring in better management & staff. Their prices are sky-high, so they can definitely afford better staff.

It had been a couple of years since I had been to chipotle, but I decided to give it another chance thursday night after a previous bad experience. Upon arriving Devon greeted me with enthusiasm, a greet smile and an overall friendly demeanor. She was attentive to my order providing me with a great experience. My bowl was piled and my soul was happy to know there are still people in the service industry that care.

Decided to give chipotle another go and from just walking in I should have known it was a mistake there was only 3 people in front of us and the lobby was disgusting not a single table was cleaned and wiped down which in itself is alarming but when you get to the counter to order food the counter is covered in food and even after we ordered and sat down no one came to wipe the counter down. I honestly could have looked past all of this but when I went to the restroom the standards were horrible but the worst part is the sink wasn’t working which is more alarming because then I knew no one was washing their hands. And the trash cans in this place were overflowing and during the downtime no one did a thing about it starting to see why so many chipotle’s had to close due to standards. I did finally see an employee come back from cleaning something with a broom and dustpan and go right to helping with food without washing hands. Absolutely disgusting

So this is the only Chipotle in Tulsa I go to. When I come in I’m always taken amazing care of. Portions are spot on and the crew rules. Ashlyn always makes my day when I come through. She’s sweet when she doesn’t have to be and runs a super tight restaurant. Cody is the man and always makes the best bowls. Come to this chipotle if you want the classic experience.

Four hours before close they were out of grated cheese, had to wait for meat to be “cooked” the chips were super stale, and no accommodations were made for being out of everything. The managers attitude was terrible. Dropped $80 in there and it was terrible.

I have never left a bad review anywhere. But I felt like I needed to. Staff was not kind at all. I went today around 6pm to get a quesadilla meal with the sides, I’ve never had issues ever as this is what I get everytime. and the lady goes “You mean the kids meal?” and looked me up and down very rudely and uncomfortably. And I said “yes that’s what they do each time and they’ve never asked me.” and she stared at me for an additional few seconds and then goes “Ok”. Then the manager or someone training another employee at the register was rude as well and goes “not a kids meal” to the lady boxing it up. If you are going to work in food or service, please be kind. Also mind you, I’m at the age I could very well have children so to be treated that way is unacceptable when they don’t even know.
