So excited we finally have a Chipotle Mexican Grill in town! We went and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the line moved quickly, and everything tasted fresh.
If you’ve never been to Chipotle before, it’s a build-your-own style setup (you walk down the line and choose your base, protein, toppings, etc.). It’s super customizable, which is honestly one of the best parts. The team was patient and helpful while people figured it out.
The large open windows let in so much natural light, the whole space feels bright and welcoming, and the beautiful wood beam ceiling gives it a warm, modern touch. Everything was spotless and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better.
Our bowls were loaded, portions were generous, and the restaurant was clean. Definitely happy to have this option locally and we’ll be back! Especially for the double protein bowls!

I love Chipotle, but this location is subpar. I ordered a chicken bowl, without rice, but extra black beans instead. The young girl who made my bowl made it extremely skimpy. She didn’t make up the difference for the rice I didn’t want. She didn’t give me a full scoop of chicken—she acted like she was going to put some more chicken, but then was distracted by a coworker asking her a question and just set the spoon down. She did not give me a full scoop of pico and when I requested extra cheese she barely place more on the bowl. I also added guac.
I do not know the girls name, but she was very young with very curly blonde hair. Other employees looked miserable and did not display good vibes.
My bowl was definitely not worth the $13.16 I spent. I normally cannot finish my whole bowl and have leftovers—not from this location. I was very excited about the opening of this store only to be very disappointed and kinda ripped off.
I recommend the OU campus location or the Midwest City location if you are visiting that area—not this one.

It’s chipotle, tastes the same as always but they cheaped me out on the bowl so hard.. barely any rice, barely any chicken. Not even half the bowl full, not gonna leave a 1star just wanna bring to managements attentions

I visited the Chipotle on Classen Blvd in Norman because I’ve never had Chipotle before and wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was confusing and disappointing. There was no clear signage explaining whether the store was open to the public. Some individuals were served while others were turned away, which made it unclear what was going on. As a first-time customer, this left a poor impression and now I’m hesitant to try it again. I hope management improves communication before the official opening so future customers don’t have the same experience.

We were so excited about the new chipotle, we even ordered through the Chipotlane. Our portions were tiny and the carnitas were burnt to a crisp and made the bowl inedible. Called the store, they were unable to issue a refund, and neither was corporate or the chat bot. Very disappointed.

Worst bowl of food that I’ve ever bought for 15.95 they charge you extra for queso and extra for guacamole there was barely anything in the bowl not enough to fill up at lunch and all of the containers where they were scoopingthe food out of were empty wont be going back and I couldn’t wait for it to open how sad
