I ordered two steak and chicken bowls, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The portions were ridiculously small — not even close to a full bowl. It felt like a complete scam.
On top of that, my order was wrong. The guacamole and queso I paid for were missing. Charging customers for items and not including them is unacceptable. That is literally taking money for something you did not provide.
When my family opened the bowls, the food was cold and the lettuce was hard and stale. It tasted old and poorly prepared. This is basic quality control — how does this even leave the kitchen?
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If you can’t provide fresh food and accurate orders, you should not be charging full price. Do better. Look at my order details

The most irritating thing is they give you two spoonfuls of salsa but only half a spoon of chicken. They’re already over priced but to steal chicken from me and be generous with a cheap condiment really sucks, the store is always dirty. The staff acts like they hate their jobs. Ours an ugly store with the drink station. Whoever the manager is, they clearly stopped caring a long time ago. It’s a horrible store and they’re very dishonest in their portioning!!!

I have eaten Chipotle twice in my life and both experiences have been in this Norman location. The restaurant has been unkempt both times. Once when being busy and the other was not. We opted to take our food instead of eating at the restaurant both times because the tables were dirty and the trash was full. Changing your mind from eating there to Getting food to go after the fact is kind of a chore. The staff was not overly impressive, not necessarily rude, just very blunt and not really friendly both times. The food quality and experience compared with the price point is really the deal breaker for any return visits for me. The staff was fairly chincy on the protein serving and the rice was overcooked on my last visit. Qudoba’s price point isn’t much different, and they’re not Gods gift to Fast-Mex, but I personally never have a less than expected experience at any of them and their product is consistent. This isn’t the worst place ever by far, but I’m not opposed to driving by it either.

We tried to order and we got rushed and I got my burrito should just get a bowl it unwraveled immediately and it was a mess. The table were dirty and filthy there were flys everywhere . There were so many people and it was cramped. Never going there again.

Was crazy busy when I arrived. Line was moving slow but service was good and the food was also good. For a drink I tried to get tea but the spigot fell off and tea poured out all over the floor. The problem was fixed but decided to get something else to drink.

I went in to use my points for chips and guacamole, they still charged me for the chips, even though they were supposed to be free. I told him after and he said there’s not much I can do about it. I just wanted my free chips man, I scanned too, yet i was still charged. Terrible service

My husband and I visited Chipotle’s today at about 3 pm. We have been seeing commercials about their Carne Asada steak bowls. The commercials make the food look freshly prepared, hot and delicious. Our food today was the remains of some cold dried up cilantro brown rice, cold dried up Carne Asada, luke warm queso and a small bag of stale chips. The two bowls that wasn’t worth eating, two drinks and chips was $45.00. What a disappointment! We will never go to the Norman, Oklahoma Chipotle’s on West 24th Avenue again. I’m just hoping the old food that was sitting at room temperature for know telling how long doesn’t give us food poisoning. What a waste of money!

Today 5/26/24 was over the top tonight. There were just 3 ladies working. Each one was outstanding. I wish I had there names. So glad we had Chipotle tonight!!!

I have a few questions for the fella who made my ‘burrito’ today. Was it your first day on the line? Do you roll your burritos like this when you eat them? Ever rolled a joint before? Maybe just suggest a bowl with the tortilla on the side since clearly you arent up to the challenge?
