Just seen a commercial on how they are upping the price because it’s healthy and if you can’t afford it, you’re not the people they’re entertaining for their food.
$18 for this? It was supposed to have salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. There’s barely any meat in it in a tortilla as hard as a rock, and the food is dry not worth the time or money I could’ve made better at home

Ordered on the app, assumed it was correct and went home. as I get home from my 30 min drive I now have two of the same orders, one with stuff on it my girlfriend doesn’t eat/is allergic to. Now I have an angry girlfriend and the store isn’t even open to complain to, and the app won’t do anything but give me a coupon for my next order. Will def not use this location again.

there was a leaf in my chipotle bowl, my chips had 4 chips in it and they were so stale it tasted like dried macaroni, and when i asked for the 3 tacos they only gave me a kids meal. don’t ever come here if you want to pay 30 dollars for poor quality food

i know im late on my review plus this was a few weeks ago but… I visited this establishment around 6pm on a monday, for my lunch break, and initially, the experience was satisfactory. However, I did have to wait for a fresh steak, which was acceptable to me. During this time, a man with glasses and a beard, who appeared to be a manager based on his interactions with other employees, took my payment card before I received the rest of my food, which raised concerns. Furthermore, he instructed another worker to add toppings to my bowl before the steak was placed on it, without inquiring about my preferences. Later, he directed a different worker to put the old steak on my bowl, despite my wait for the fresh steak. I questioned whether it was the old steak, and upon confirmation, I expressed my disappointment. The man with glasses then instructed a worker to remove the meat from the bowl and reuse it, while wearing gloves but also handling other tasks.
The individual who appeared to be in charge demonstrated unacceptable behavior and treated the other workers with a lack of respect.

Just ordered $70 worth of food for pickup. Didn’t get the large guac or Queso that we ordered and the Salads hardly had any greens. I ordered double meet on my salad and it looked like they gave me half of each. The salad I got was easily half of the size of the one that I get when I’m in person. Have never been this disappointed with a food order.

Worse ran chiptole I’ve been to. Every time I go they are somehow out 1 or 2 main ingredients. I’ve worked at a chipotle before. It’s not this hard prep more or order more supplies I don’t get it. My store was never this bad

This was the worst Chipotle meal I’ve ever had. I didn’t order anything spicy, but my lips are burning now. The food has a weird, indescribable spice to it. I thought Chipotle’s food was standardized, and that the taste would be pretty much the same at every location. Who knew this place would taste so different… The rice is also very hard.

Come on guys. You guys are constantly out of food almost every time I come in there. RICE IS CHEAP, you’re out of rice with 2 hours left until you close? It’s happened so many times, I can’t even count. I deliberately go to the North Penn store, even right before closing and they are almost NEVER OUT of hardly anything. Very poor planning. We love this chipotle! They have a day every year where nurses can eat free with the purchase of another meal. The calorie count on their bowls is pretty low. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten here except I am not a big fan of their queso they have now. It is clean though and wasnt too busy when we went in this last time.

I love chipotle, but this location is a risk. I never know when the food will be good. Today the rice was hard and the tortilla on my burrito was cold. The price is too high for such poor quality. Plus I have to drive out of my way for this craving only to be disappointed. I have a Taco Bell closer to my house, where I can get way cheaper food and higher quality
