I’ve been to Chipotle’s in over 25 states in the last 20 years and this is the worst experience I and my family has ever had. This was our first visit to this new store. First the restaurant was filthy with trash cans over flowing, trays and baskets everywhere, almost every table dirty, food all over the floor. Then the portions were tiny compared to every single other store I have been too. I asked for the chipotle honey chicken that was advertised on the board and I was told that it’s seasonal and they don’t have it any more. This store just opened up just a week or two ago, why are you advertising something that is seasonal and discontinued. They were all out of fajita veggies for the day they said, this was at 2pm, so only 3 hours into their day, then they didn’t have any trays to put our food on, probably because they were all stacked up at the trash bins and no one was taking care of the lobby. I don’t know who the GM is of this store but you need to get this store reigned in and in a hurry. I won’t be visiting this store for a couple months because of this. I will check back in October to see if it’s better, if so I will change my review, if not I’m calling corporate because this store does not represent the Chipotle way.

Good food but dismissed by slow, inattentive service. One server held down the lielne while multiple other employees went about other tasks. No utensils, napkins. Trash area overflowing and disgusting. None of the employees paying attention to cleanliness, tidiness.

This is the cleanest Chipotle I’ve been in. It was all young people behind the counter yet each of them greeted us and actually spoke.. words.. instead of just staring waiting for us to offer them our order while they look miserable like we deal with at other Chipotle’s and Cava. The food was actually hot, for the first time we realized that Chipotle never has hot meat, yet this one did. Everything was delicious, customer service was great, the establishment was clean in all sections including the bathroom. You can tell that management has set expectations and the staff has the will to meet them. Management, please don’t settle over time like other locations do, this will be our go-to stop when we’re in NWA.

I am vegan af and have alpha-gal so it’s my go to spot to get fed in my long history of traveling.
This particular one is the best one I have ever been in!!
The chips were literally the BEST I have ever had at ANY chipotle and my sofritas bowls was so delicious that I hurt myself LOL.
They gave me a hard no when I asked for fresh guacamole due to cheese in the one that was already out but, as scrumptious as my bowl was, I really didn’t even care.
3 decades of Chipotle and this was the tastiest of them all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never encountered a dirtier workspace. Lots of people standing around doing nothing. Burnt chicken drying on the grill. Truly has gone downhill the past year. No management to be seen. Whoever owns this needs to make serious changes fast. Visited this place a lot since it opened but won’t be going back. Seriously was concerned about foodborne illness.

Alrhough the staff was wonderful, the food was FAR from in par with other Chipotle’s we have been to in the past. The black beans had been on the steam table way beyond an acceptable time, they were hard. The Barbacoa, although plentiful had a significant amount of fat in it. Hopefully this is a one off issue, but needs to be addressed.

First of all the place hadn’t been swept in who knows how long there was rice and pieces of chicken on the floor. Wanted steak with pinto beans but they were out of both! Had to get chicken and black beans. The chicken was burnt, hard and SALTY!! What a horrible experience, we will not be coming back.

Had high hopes, but Chipotle fell flat today. Ordered a burrito bowl on the evening of Dec 9th, but the chicken was nearly out along with both types of rice (yes, you read that right-no white or brown rice available and scrapings for ALL three meats). The staff seemed overwhelmed, scraping the bottom of the containers just to fulfill orders. To top it off, bit down on a bone fragment in my chicken. The bone was sharp enough to almost chip a tooth. For a quick lunch spot, this was a major letdown. Hoping it was just a bad day, but that bone incident is a hard pass.

We do not usually frequent chipotle but decided to give it a try. The bowl was delicious, the restaurant is new and very clean. Loved the outside dining option! But most of all our server Bailey was not only beautiful but extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. Great overall experience! We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to this store several times since it has first opened. The food is just as good as other locations if not better since they’re always pushing out fresh food. For the most part they’re always on their toes when it comes to customers wanting something. From what I’ve noticed, this store holds a good standard when it comes to cleaning. Lines can be long so I would go a bit later than usual rather than going straight after work.
