BUG IN FOOD! AVOID THIS LOCATION! Was eating my burrito and found a beetle in my food. Went to return it back, not even a sorry out of any of the workers mouths, they didn’t care at all just said they can remake it like why the hell would you think I wanna eat again? They didn’t help for anything and made me contact other people with a phone number in order to get a refund. Will never be returning again and i’m gonna make sure no one ever comes here.

Horrible Customer service. I frequent this location due to proximity to my job, however the employees especially management are incompetent and lack basic common decency . I came in today for a salad, and everything was going fine until the man who was making my bowl did not listen, and added too many scoops of pico de gallo. I was initially not going to say anything, but I looked at how sloppy the bowl looked when they added my guacamole on top, and realized I didn’t want to pay for something that looked like that and would end up being soupy. I asked if it could please be remaid. The man who made the bowl then tried to go back and forth with me, and I let him no I was not about to do that. The manager on duty I assume ( overweight Hispanic male), said they could remake it, but I would have to go to the back of the line. I then told them to forget it, and let them know I would be contacting corporate. I then followed up and asked for his name, and he refused. This is horrible customer service, and could have all been avoided if the man who initially made my food would have listened, instead of being quick to move, and then catch and attitude when I express my disdain. It’s also poor management skills from the person in charge, it would have taken less that 2 minutes to remake my food. Yet, he decided that he wanted to go on a power trip and and have me got to the back of the line . He knew he was wrong which is probably why he didn’t want to provide his name. I contacted corporate, and I am writing here as well. As a native Californian, I have been patronizing Chipotle for years and have never been treated this way when I was living back home. Due to how the situation was handled I needed going across the street to Moes, and had a much more pleasant experience. I will never patronize chipotle again. People work to hard for their money to not get what they are paying for.

I blame myself for not reading the reviews which are accurately written.
Food- as soon as I tried the guacamole and chips, I spit it out. Worst guac I have ever had. I told them. They did nothing. The chicken bowl was the spiciest I’ve ever had it. The lady in the kitchen said “I’m glad it’s not just me (who thought this)” I had to ask for sour creme to make it more mild. I only ate it because I was starving. My son picked over it. I got extra chicken- waste of money.
Service- they were nice but not helpful when I explained the guac is nasty, the chicken is too spicy.
Atmosphere- like someone else said, the dining room was clean, the area where they prepare your bowls was messy. Food in other areas. The lettuce has not been dried so it was sitting in a pool of water. I asked for more lettuce. It was wet too. The trash was overflowing. Ugh.
I’ll never be back! Aren’t you all tired of getting bad reviews?? Horrible.

Got a chicken bowl to go. The sitting areas were clean but the serving bar was not very clean and food items had other food items dropped in. I ended up with corn in my bowl when I didn’t order the corn salsa because the food was mixed.

Today as of 02/10/26 I had to go back up there because they gave me a bowl instead of a burrito (I have the receipt to prove it). I went back up there for them to close in like 10-15 mins before they corrected my order and they gave me what I ordered but it was a poorly made burrito. As soon as I took a bite it fell apart. I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I got a steak salad to go this evening, and when I got home, the steak tasted old—like it had been sitting out for half the day. To make matters worse, I found a piece of paper in my salad, which suggests that someone wasn’t paying attention when preparing my order.
I was really looking forward to enjoying this meal, but now I’m left going to bed hungry and frustrated. I would like either a refund or a replacement salad. I also tried to call the store for assistance, but the automated system wouldn’t connect me to anyone.

Two Al Pastor bowls topped with guacamole and white queso. For drinks small teas. The mandarin agua fresco was quite refreshing. Although the tables needed cleaning, the dining atmosphere has a calm vibe. Good traffic flow.

I experienced some type of food poison from one of their Mexican bowl. The tables and floors were dirty. The only good thing they refunded my money and I will never go back to that restaurant. It need to be closed by the Health Department.
