I stopped at the Chipotle in Searcy, Arkansas and was completely blown away by the food, service, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I live in Texas and have noticed that many of our local Chipotle locations have declined over the past few years, so this experience really stood out to me. I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt this location deserved the recognition.

I love our town’s Chipotle! Came in on 1/22/26 at 5:15pm and everything was spot on. Employees were as nice as can be, everyone was busy serving or cleaning, the place was clean, and the food was hot and fresh. As for the prices, nothing should ever surprise you. Every item is right there in front of you individually priced. No question. 5/5!

So when you pay $12 for a burrito and $11 for 3 tacos, you expect to see a good amount of meat in them. These are the saddest and least amount of meat I’ve ever seen in a burrito and taco. There is much rice in here. How do Chipotle stay in business, ripping people off. I also didn’t even get my free welcome guacamole. For some reason, the app didn’t want to give it to me.

If you’re in the mood for Chipotle & you’re in the area, this is a MUST STOP!!! The manager here is EXCEPTIONAL!! And it shows!! The food is on point, all the staff is extremely helpful, the store is Exceptionally clean. It’s just an overall great place to go for a quick in & out lunch or a family dinner, your choice, I’m doing both!! I WILL BE BACK!!

What a shame! Employees texting when EVERY single table was dirty. The door was gross. The handle was sticky. I wish I would have taken that into account when I made my decision to eat there. The queso must be premade cuz it’s so shiny. Chips were really stale. Crazy that chips are separate from dip. 50 bucks for 3 people. Crazy.

The burritos were gross. Everything about the meat, veggies and rice were wet so by the time we got home about 5 minutes later the tortillas were soaked. The rice was barely cooked. The queso is watery as well and has a grainy texture with zero flavor. The chips were stale too. We will not be going back

Came at 2pm to find the doors locked. As we were walking away, someone opened the door and very rudely said “we’re having a meeting. We’ll open back up in just a couple minutes.” …having a meeting at prime lunch rush? We waited for over 30 minutes and they STILL didn’t open the doors. We saw more than 20 other people be turned away. As someone who has managed multiple restaurants, if you’re going to have a “meeting”, you do it BEFORE open or AFTER closing, not in the middle of the day. Ridiculous.

Do not buy food from here for the time being. On 10/28/25 my wife went to get us supper. She ordered 3 of the bowls. 2… were ate and they had stomach issues after. The bowl for me had some serious issues and did NOT GET ATE. Upon inspection i noticed lettace was turning brown and on several peices it was darker that the rest. Unpon closer inspection i found WORMs on the lettuce.
