I went in today at the Youree Drive location. Customer service was great, but once I made it to my job to eat my food as I was eating, I noticed there was a bug in my lettuce. I tried calling the location, but the prompts did not allow me to go through, and then I went to the chipotle website to customer service and made a report unfortunately, it would not allow me to upload my photos saying it was too big. I am not happy. In fact I am very upset at this moment. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to go after today. I’m not sure if I will be a loyal customer again. I will upload my photos here.

Haven’t been disappointed with a chipotle until now…. I asked for 2 different sauces, even extra on one, PLUS I paid for a special sauce that their mobile app said they had. It seems like for all that, this bowl has SOOO much rice and hardly any sauce, super dry. I could make a better meal at home. For spending $18 on a bowl it was a waste it seemed like. Not coming back to this location ever again.

I had my order delivered. This is nothing but a lazy employee in a hurry for no reason. This is the photo taking from the restaurant as proof that the order was picked up. That label and bagging is sloppy. Please take pride in your work when handling customer’s orders.
Update: Another order. Please train your employees on wrapping burritos. This is a sloppy ball not a burritos. Also, please train on which side to wrap. I find myself eating every ingredient in different areas instead of together like a real burrito.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was ordering a burrito for myself and a bowl for my son who was not present. My husband was there placing an order also. The young girl asked if I wanted beans and I told her light beans only on the burrito. I was looking at my phone trying to find what my son wanted on his bowl so I didn’t see her initially go to put beans on the bowl and if I would have I would have stopped her. I then told her only the burrito was supposed to have beans. She then began to rudely REPEATEDLY argue with me that I said I wanted beans on the bowl!!!! Like literally stood there and argued with me!!!!! I couldn’t even believe we were even having that whole conversation. She needs a good lesson on respect and being courteous to customers. She then passed my order to the next girl who was barely any better than her. They rushed us the whole time and didn’t even give us a second to look and see what we wanted. She wasn’t through putting toppings on one thing before she was asking what you wanted on the next. You would have thought we were the biggest inconvenience in the world to ever step foot into that place and they hated their lives or something. I have never been more disrespected at a food establishment in my entire life. 95% of the reviews I’m reading about the Youree Dr. location are HORRIBLE and apparently I’m not the only one who has experienced horrible customer service there. How many bad reviews does corporate need before they realize they have a major problem and actually do something about it????? Also the carne asada sucked and had a bunch of gristle. We spent over $50 on our order and the least the employees could do is show a little common courtesy and customer service. If I could give this place negative stars I would .

Got our food in a timely manner but my order was wrong. In one of my orders I received only rice, sour cream, steak, lettuce, and brown rice. I’m missing my corn salsa, beans, shredded cheese, and tomato salsa. I was told to drive back but I bought it on the way to Keithville. No way I’m driving back like how can you get the order wrong and it was slow upon arrival with over 6 workers….
Update: even the other order is messed up. It had beans and now my wife cant eat it cause she hates beans. Wow

The quality is steadily going down. Every time I go to this location they are out of vinaigrette. I asked the manager can I BUY the vinaigrette off the to go line. He said no because it was people already ordered AFTER he said it’s not even an option online. That doesn’t even make sense. I’m about to stop going to this one and go to bossier. Not to mention, they are slow and took them forever to get my change.

Saw the tv ads and they were impressive talking about freshness . This is an extremely small “restaurant” that has a menu to match . It’s sort of a ” build your own” meal . I ordered a burrito and the young lady asked what kind of protein I wanted . I replied “chicken” and she dug into a pan that I assumed was full of chicken for the ten dollars that I paid(plus tax) . Got a little more on my burrito and went to sit down . I had intended to eat my lunch thete , but the burrito wrap was so tough that I used a knife and fork for a few minutes , then gave up and took it home for further investigation . Opened the “burrito” and immediately saw that it was rice with a smattering of chicken . Even my cat didn’eat much of ot .

It looks like a hurricane ran through the restaurant. Food is thrown everywhere , they’ve got chunks of corn salsa all in the sour cream and avocado in the pico de gallo. Then on top of it all YOU’VE GOT IGNORANT PEOPLE SERVING THE FOOD. I waited 30 minutes for steak that never got dropped or cooked after being told the wait time was 10-15 minutes. I went back in line to just get whatever was cooked and they fully ignored me , looked upside my head , and continued taking others orders. Would never come back it’s filthy and the customer service is terrible!!! Everytime I come here it’s always a PROBLEM. They don’t answer the phone and the supervisor was NO HELP WHATSOEVER.

Surprisingly they were all stocked up before noon this day. I made a visit to this location and it was not busy at all but I felt completely rushed. The lady working the toppings were taking everyone’s topping order while there were 4/5 people ahead needing to be cashed out. (We were still at the protein station asking about our toppings) unable to ask any questions or even see what we were in mood for for the day. It’s almost like the cashier was new maybe and her co worker did not make it any better stacking everyone up. It was so much pressure and they don’t even allow you water cups. So we have to pay for fountain water. Insane! Disappointed!
