The Siegen location is well kept and the staff is friendly and attentive. Food is always served hot, and to your order. This location seems very small inside for some reason compared to others, and the chairs are very uncomfortable. I enjoyed the burrito bowl I had and would recommend others to stop in.

I love Chipotle, but I ordered using the app for drive thru. I never will again. You know that feeling when you run across a group of high schoolers who are making fun of you, that’s what happened. I go to the drive thru and there’s a group of employee at the window laughing while looking at me. One comes and grabs a bag and plays pretends like she hands out but doesn’t. I sit there and wait for five minutes while they just stand there and refuse to help me. One finally comes to the window and gives me my food. She was nice enough I guess. I already paid for it. Never drive though again. These girls were too immature.

We went in at 9:30pm to get bowls and they close at 10pm and they are absolutely out of everything we would get on our bowls except beans. They did not have rice, veggies, sofritas, and nothing on the topping side. I understand they close in 30 minutes but to be out of rice and have no lettuce, corn, or salsa is ridiculous. They might as well just put closing time at 9 if they aren’t going to have food to offer customers until 10pm. This happens a lot when me and my husband go in. On top of the lack of service and the employees not wanting to be there. This chipotle is so bad compared to others.

Ate lunch here on a Saturday. It got very busy after we placed our order. Seems to be a popular place. We both got salads. I got the carnitas salad. It was very good and very filling. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. The staff was friendly. I would definitely go back.

I came here around 8:30 looking forward to my chipotle bowl. As I walked in to the store I was not greeted, instead looked at as if I was not supposed to be in the store. After that a lady standing behind the counter pouring white rice in a bowl, looked at me and walked off and another worker came up to me and said they were out of said “ white rice, and everything on the display that was not there. “ and I knew she was lying because I just seen the girl with said white rice & other toppings on the DoorDash area. I could understand if it was 9 – 10 but it was forsure 8:30 and they were 2 hours away from closing, versus another chipotle on highland that are still packed with inventory.

I was an avid fan of Chipotle until my latest experiences. Today, the chicken was fatty and undercooked. I don’t even think there was any white meat in there. It was chewy and each bite of at I ate was gross. I never knew chicken to be fatty in a restaurant but I let the manager know and hopefully the quality can improve. The food is not the same it once was. I prefer Qdoba and Izzo’s over Chipotle.

Service was ridiculously slow. The area where bowls are made was disgusting and server was s tapping bottom of the container rather than getting fresh items. I was happy they opened this location but will not return due to service and lack of cleanliness. I would rather drive to the LSU location than eat at this one again.

Did pickup….been in line 16 minutes……sitting at window another 10 minutes…this is ridiculous!!!!! Soneone cane to ask my name….clised window and never returned. Sat and sat….another person who was making lunch bags for pickup saw me there….finally opened window and sked me my name….I told her….Imagine that…my bag was sitting there. Open my bowl and guess what….NO QUESO!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Guy serving food around 8:50PM on Sunday 10/12 was absolutely one of the worst people I’ve dealt with. Never smiled or made eye contact once, tried to make a joke to lighten the mood since he was being so dry and he literally just sat there until we kept on with our order. Some customer service etiquette would be nice if he’s going to work in it.

I got the chicken burrito with cheese, lettuce, pico, brown rice, and black beans. I also got chips and salsa. Everything was hot and delicious! They keep the lobby fairly clean, and the service was great.
