Thank You Arielle, Pheodra for your service in assisting me with my order. I was slightly indecisive on what to choose & the young ladies had immense patience with me. I chose a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken * small serving portion 🙁 * , spicy salsa, queso, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, spinach (out of lettuce). The bowl was fulfilling post workout and allowed me to receive a good amount of protein. This LSU location is very vibrant and has nonstop customers.

This place was exactly what I expected. The food was hot and fresh very flavorful. I got the burrito which hit the spot. The only downside is that this is game day and they were out of the rice I wanted. Other than that I don’t have a problem recommending this place to anyone. This was my first time to a Chipotle but we’ll be back.

Really nice location with an ok service. They try really hard to put as little meat as they can get away with putting, sort of embarrassing compared to other locations. A few dirty tables insides. Did not see anyone cleaning.

Every time I come it’s an okay experience, today particularly was horrible. When I asked for my protein the spoonful wasn’t even halfway full. When they don’t give me full portions I usually ask for a little bit more (not double) especially if I wasn’t even given the correct portion in the first place. When I usually ask for a little more protein they give it to me with no charge. When I asked for a little more I was given a horrible attitude from the girl making my bowl. She literally grabbed the spoon and put ONE piece of meat onto my bowl, and said that if I want more she will charge me double. It seemed like the meat was personally coming out of her paycheck the way she acted towards me. Completely ignorant and disrespectful. I always come in with a great attitude towards the workers, and was very taken aback by the horrible service and attitude.

All of my other experiences at Chipotle have been great, but this past Saturday I had an unpleasant experience. I ordered the 3 hard-shelled tacos to-go. It looked like the server on the line was putting in a lot less chicken in the tacos than normal, but it was hard to tell. I did not realize how little meat was in tacos until I had left the restaurant. When I returned, the manager Lee (he did not tell me his last name) said I should have said something earlier. I do not consider this good customer service. It’s one thing for him to tell me this if I had finished all my food or if several hours had passed, but neither of these was the case. It will definitely be a while before I return again.

I came to this chipotle this last Friday and words cannot express how disappointed I was. I have worked under Chipotle for about 2 years and I am beyond upset with how they run this restaurant. From the walking through the door, you are immediately met with dirty tables, long lines, and workers scratching their faces with their gloves on. Not to mention, the chipotle hat is supposed to be worn as a protective barrier against hair in your food, however, I think counted maybe 2 people wearing their hat and having their hair correctly out of the way. After getting my food my total which was about $20, they charged me $3 for 2 vinaigrettes (every other chipotle I have been to does not charge for this). When trying to eat my food, there was no clean tables in sight, which is funny because the lobby should be cleaned every 15 minutes. I understand that it was peak hour, however, there are many other people in the back who aren’t on the line who should be able to go in the lobby and tidy it up if the cashier cannot move. Trash was piled up extremely high, drink station was dirty, and I will NOT be back. Management needs better enforcing on chipotles standards.

Line was long when walked in, but went down very quickly. Employees were very nice and efficient in their service. Restaurant was cleaner than many others I’ve been too. Overall great experience besides the inside being a little warm.

Food is good but you’re gonna wait a good 45 minutes in line. One cook preparing food for you and everyone else kinda playing around. You HAVE to go inside because if you order online they WILL infact make it wrong (coming from a 5 time champion of this) do better this is in too nice of a location for the poor quality.

Will not be visiting here again. My daughter and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat after touring LSU. The service on the good line was great staff was friendly and food was fresh. Everything after that was horrible experience. First there were no clean tables. I seen a staff member and asked if we could get a table cleaned. She said I had to take out the trash before I cleaned the tables. Ok. She then grabs a towel spot off the table we wanted to sit and and then walks away. I said ma’am can I see the towel and she asked “why”. I told her the table wasn’t clean and there was food mashed on the table. She says oh that’s not going to come off. I rubbed my finger over it and she just looks at me and says “I can let you touch the towel.” I tell her that the attitude is not necessary and we’re just trying to get a clean place to eat. I go talk to the manager and she’s looking at me as if she didn’t know what to say.
I will not be back. I don’t spend my money where I’m going to be treated with such disrespect over asking for a clean place to sit. I get that their main patrons are college student who may not care about eating on top of someone else’s crumbs but there are people who prefer to have a clean place to eat as well.
