This is the only chipotle I am willing to go to! They never skimp on your meal. Always super kind and patient when you go through and order! I have never had a problem ever. The manager is super accommodating as well. Tonight the tortilla press was out of order and I asked for an alternative! I was accommodated with no fuss! Stale chips. Uncooked rice. Which was crunchy. Beans have no flavor. You pay extra for meat and they barely give you any. This place is disappointing. I think this will be the last time we eat here. But they are fast. I’ll give them that.

This isn’t exactly what I was expecting when I pulled up. This is more of a subway style place more reminiscent of fast food than a restaurant.
It’s not like the food is freshly made or anything and a few of the ingredients does not look appetizing at all. Which I promptly skipped.
What I did order the new steak in a burrito with simply the pepper onion mix, shredded and liquid cheese was good enough however.
The tables were definitely not cleaned well inside however when I went.
Not a excellent experience but not a bad one either a big meh lol. People swear by this place tho for some reason

The steak is such horrible quality this is ALL the steak in a kids quesadilla. Like every single piece is a piece of chewy inedible fat and gristle. Disgusting and not worth the price the steak is maybe dog food grade at filet mignon price.

this chipotle is the BEST one i have ever been to. i’m from canada, and come down to see my girlfriend and we ALWAYS come here. other ones just don’t do it like you guys do!! portions are AMAZING, customer service is FANTASTIC, and we are always leaving with a smile 😀
