Workers wear the same gloves while switching from the register to preparing food, then argue with you when politely asking for them to change gloves before they touch your food. Also have found strands of hair in my food and most recently, a huge chunk of plastic. Gross!!

Service was terrible. They were out of white rice and instead of telling us, they just put brown without an option. I asked if they were making any and they just responded with idk. I had 2 more orders and just decided not to purchase anymore due to the rudeness and lack of options. There were also no veggies, cheese, or corn. I went in there last night and was served by a kind gentleman, but then once my order was complete a younger kid who was supposed to pay me out continued to do his cleaning work so he could leave rather than take my payment. I stood there for about 5 minutes, bagged my own food, and then when he was finally done cleaning and ready to accept my payment, it was a horrible attitude as if I was inconveniencing him.
Then when my food was being made I was getting minimal product as they were scraping the bowls clean to give me a half of a spoonful of corn and cheese. I’m paying $40 for food, why am I getting less than the person before me because of laziness…
I understand bad days, but the customer service is deplorable at this location..I can’t imagine I’ll be back.

I spent $53.66 on 2 bowls, one bowl was supposed to have double hot honey chicken and other bowl was a regular chicken bowl. I had my food DoorDashed to me because I DONT HAVE VEHICLE! Once I looked at my food one bowl barely had any food in it and the other did not have my extra chicken like I paid for! It’s really upsetting because the only way my food is made right is if I go inside Chipotle myself! This food is not cheap and for the workers to not give a damn on how the food is made is ridiculous! No one should have to go inside an establishment for their food to be made right, it should automatically be done right the first time! Do better.

Worst location I’ve ever visited. Once I was serviced there was little to no communication about anything on the line even though I saw several empty bins. I asked for a bowl, white rice (the rice was scrapped from every border wall of the container), then chicken. The employee looked around every corner and said “it’s on the grill.” Nothing else just “it’s on the grill.” I said I’ll wait, then sat on the stool nearest the beginning of the line. I watched him dump the scrapped out rice from the bowl back into the container in the food station and proceed to offer it to the next person in line. No proper food safety nor clear communication skills so that the customers expectations are set before moving down the line. I left and will never return.

Love Chipotle like usual. It’s healthy, staff are nice, very nice portions at this location, great drinks, and a good atmosphere. But the service here was subpar at best with their understaffing management. The line was building up about 10 minutes after we arrived and the worker was slow but got the job done with the portions. The food was great and the potions were so good that we were almost full afterwards! Try their smoked brisket as well. Overall, subpar service here with their understaffing but great quality and taste of the food for the price. Worth a stop for lunch!

My friend went in an hour before close and they were picking everything up. Okay I get it, literally an hour before close. I stayed in the car with her daughter while she went get our food. My friend is a very polite person. Very sweet. The girl behind the counter with the red hair started giving her attitude about my order. I’m picky. I don’t eat rice. But the girl was so rude to her, my friend sent me in to handle my order. I walk in and she was like what do you want on your rice. I smiled politely and said I don’t like rice sorry. Eye roll and everything came with the grabbing of another bowl. To which another coworker joined in making fun of my friend in front of me. And said oh you must be the friend. I was very polite and nice. Just smiled. And said yep I’m the friend. I will not match your rudeness. I have no time to bring down my night because you are having a horrible one. But my friend didn’t deserve it. You have no idea how much your rudeness set her off. With that being said do better! You have no idea what kind of night someone is having and something as simple as niceness could have made their night. Instead of slamming things on the counter and throwing your hands in the air.

Had a rude experience on February 6 around 5 PM. Asked for two sauces and a lid, was told there were no lids, even though they were clearly visible behind the counter. I didn’t want to argue, so I left. Poor attitude and lack of basic respect for customers. The guy definitely didn’t want to be there.

The food is always the same and exactly how you want it. The two new people working the register and final touches were very new. They didn’t know if they could add some of the lime juice they use on the lime rice to my bowl so I skipped it. The order would have been better with it.

Worst customer service on 2/15/26. @6:25p. While waiting in line as I came to pay the Caucasian left the register and would not ring me up. Orders were piling up and the African American woman had to finish my order. When the Caucasian young man came to ring me up was completely rude and refused to give me a receipt after I showed him he never gave me a receipt in my bag. Worst customer service I ever received from Chipotle.
