I will start by saying, I am not a huge fan of Chipotle to begin with I ate here out of convenience while waiting on service on my truck need by. Never again! That being said; other Chipotle locations I have visited in the past have been clean, the food was fresh and hot. The staff was welcoming and professional.

Not here! Every table in the dining area was filthy. The staff was not attentive, acted as if I was a burden walking in. (I was the only one in-line) staff spoke very little English. Food service was sloppy and hastily, large percentage of the portions never made it into the bowl, either landed on the employee, floor, or the cutting board. The food was lukewarm at best and being generous. Chips soggy or stale. This place is a health inspector wet dream and should pay this place an impromptu visit. I would highly recommend visiting another location if your heart is set on Chipotle.

I’ve given this location (6940 Veterans Blvd) multiple chances, but I’m officially done. This is hands-down the worst managed Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in.
The inventory management is a joke. It doesn’t matter what time of day you show up; they are perpetually out of the most basic, core ingredients. I walked in today, Saturday (Feb 21) at 1:00 PM, and they were already out of steak, chicken, AND beans. I’ve even come in at 11:00 AM right after they opened, only to find they were already missing main ingredients. How does a burrito place run out of beans and protein at the start of the lunch rush?
To make matters worse, the communication is incredibly difficult. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English well enough to handle a standard order, and they constantly have to stop what they are doing to go find a “translator” for the most basic requests. It turns a quick lunch into a long, frustrating ordeal.
Save your time and your money. Go to a different location or a different brand entirely. This place is a disaster.

This is genuinely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately it’s been consistently bad , not just a one time thing.

Every time I come here, the staff seems either completely untrained or openly uninterested in doing their jobs. The attitude is unreal. There’s no greeting, no communication, no basic customer service. On my most recent visit, the employee taking my order didn’t say a SINGLE word to me the entire time .. no questions, no confirmation, nothing! Just silence and staring in my soul. It was uncomfortable and honestly bizarre.

I’ve also had issues with management. During the BOGO promotion, the manager tried to tell me I didn’t qualify, even though there were no exclusions for what I ordered. I had to pull up the actual terms and conditions on my phone and show them to the general manager. That should never be the customer’s job.

At this point, when customers genuinely can’t tell whether employees are ignorant or just flat out rude, that’s a serious management problem. The lack of professionalism is consistent, and that says more about leadership than anything else.

There is one employee who consistently does a good job, which proves that it IS possible to provide decent service here. But overall, this location has a serious culture and training issue and needs better leadership and accountability.

I asked for extra rice and they barely added anything — the portion looked the same as the regular scoop. Same thing with the other toppings, they were super stingy with everything. For the price you pay, you’d expect them to actually fill the bowl. It felt like they were trying to give the smallest portions possible. Definitely not worth coming here.

Walked out because as I was ordering, I ordered a bowl with chicken and steak (half and half). The employee puts a whole bed of rice and a spoon of chicken.. when asked include chicken or to remediate the bowl by removing what she needed to, she then asks her coworker if she can fix it and her coworker said no. I did not want a full bowl of chicken and rice. So I left and I went to a local restaurant. So instead of wasting a little bit of chicken, you lost an entire bowl—and a customer who was prepared to tip. I will not be penalized for an employee not hearing and understanding what I’m asking for. The team at the restaurant that I went to appreciated my business and tip.

Came in at 10pm, approximately 1 hour prior to closing. Haven’t ordered from Chipotle in a long time, so I was looking forward to it. I stood there waiting to even be addressed for about 10 minutes while they prepared online orders. For context, they just finished another family’s order before I walked in and the place was empty. I was then told, ” Sorry, we’ll be right with you (non-chalantly) and they proceeded to ask me what I would like order. Continued to fix my bowl and when I asked for lettuce I was given a sprinkle so I asked for more and the lettuce was placed in forcefully to the point that it got thrown in the Gaucamole as well. Then I asked for Gaucamole on the side with chips. When I looked at the Gaucamole at home, I saw pieces of lettuce plainly sticking out of the container. Was it enough for me to be upset with my food? No. Did I leave disappointed in my service? Yes. Will I return to this particular Chipotle again? Probably not. There are wayyy to many options on Veterans Blvd for food for me to go somewhere to be ignored and have my food made with no love or regard. Not sure if the young lady was tired and ready to go, but either way I was not happy about it. Also, the girl that fixed my bowl was not the one who greeted me after my wait.

Today I had a frustrating experience at your restaurant. I was told there was no cheese available, yet I was still charged extra for queso. Paying more because a basic ingredient wasn’t available doesn’t feel fair or consistent with the experience Chipotle usually provides. Talked to the manager and was told it’s not my problem. I will not be back

I’m hoping this can be addressed, as this visit did not meet expectations.

Update 2: Still love coming here, but every table is always so dirty. Makes it hard to want to stay because we have nowhere to sit. There was once when I noticed a good moment where they could probably clean some of the tables, but instead they did nothing. ‍♀️

Original Review: We enjoyed our experience. Got in, got our food, and it was good. Then it started to get busy after us. A long line had formed, and the poor boy was putting together the orders all by himself. There was one worker standing in between the boy and the cashier, but whatever role the person had I’m sure the cashier can handle it while that person help the boy. All they did was just bag the order and ask if they need anything else while the cashier stand there doing nothing but wait to put in the total. No wonder people complain of slow service. Now I’m assuming these were the roles given to them, so I’m not trying to talk bad about the employees. They were very nice. Management just needs to update their system.

Stood in line for 15 minutes and when I get to the front they tell me, Which I did not hear said to anyone else, they were out of cheese, steak, sour cream, corn, burrito tortillas. What’s funny is I picked up my fiancé’s mobile order which consisted of a quesadilla which is made with the burrito tortilla and it was ready. When I asked, I was told that they have all of those things for mobile orders only.

Every time I go, it’s half of the serving size of any other location.

Unless you feel like paying for bad service, bad attitude, and barely any food, go to any other chipotle location.

10/18/25 came in order a burrito and the prep lady and the pregnant lady cashier gave me a wet burrito and got mad wen I ask to change the wet tortillas,I was really excited to eat chipotle until they made feel like I deserved to get treated like I’m annoying for wanting my food the right way I love chipotle been in Japan for years, but they really made my experience really bad just came out of the gym filling bad needed some food.its sad that they don’t care so rude wish someone can change this for costumer experience . I didn’t make I big deal I feel bad the pregnant employe was so rude and just walk away. But I wanted to cancel my food. It’s just so sad and mad at the same time like why ?
