The young man (wish I could remember his name) provided amazing service for being a new employee. He was attentive to each customer, personable and had to assemble and cash out each customer by himself. The food tasted as expected for Chipotle, no complaints. Unfortunately, they were out of the fajita vegetables, and that is essential to what I order.
So why the loss in stars? Place needs to be cleaned and it doesn’t take 2 employees to peel an onion (1 slowly peeling and one standing and watching). Literally looked like someone took a bowl of rice and threw it everywhere in the establishment and kitchen and never looked back.
And finally, the cost. I know it’s not by fault of the employees and it’s a corporate thing, but this place is getting expensive.

There’s obviously some new employees but they seemed kind and actually tried. There’s a few employees that don’t seem as new and very jaded, acting like we’re interrupting their social hour. The restaurant is almost ALWAYS dirty and they’re always low, if not completely out of, food on the line. Spent $60 to feed the family and couldn’t eat it because it was so stale and dry. Go to qdoba or a Mexican restaurant for your burrito needs

I visited this Chipotle on my journey through the Midwest and I was very pleased with the kindness that the staff showed. I am plant-based They made my veggie bowl with love. The food was fresh The rice was well flavored and the guacamole and chips were on point. Thank you for a beautiful experience. I do rely on Chipotle Mexican grill when I am traveling. As Chipotle is one of the fewer fast food chains that offer more extensive plant-based options.
The lobby was clean and the display glass where you can see the food items was meticulously wiped.

The chips and dip is horrible. The queso was good, the salsa was good, but the chips are coated in so much salt that I could not taste the salsa or cheese dip. I had to spend my time scraping LAYERS of salt chunks off of each and every chip in order to taste the dip. I could not finish my meal, and it made me feel sick.

My son and I were at the Kearney location, at approximately 1530, 12/29/2025. The employee (young female) that was supposed to be serving us, was continuously distracted and interrupted my a (elderly male) coworker. As a result our food was ruined, because Cheese was added and lettuce was left out.

Got a bowl with a tortilla on the side only reason for 4 stars was the tortilla wasn’t warmed up and it usually is. The new chicken is very good! Location was clean and well maintained!

Food is great but the service was poor. I asked for more chicken and the server asked if I wanted double. I said yes. But the amount on the bowl does not look anywhere like double chicken. I was charged $3.45 extra. Not satisfied with the service. I have been here before many times this had never happened before.

I am sadden that i have had to edit my review. Every time i have to order from here, something gets messed up. Last time i ordered a salad, i didn’t get the lettuce or my dressing. This time, i didn’t get a fork. I got a spoon to eat my salad, and i was missing my dressing. How am i supposed to eat a salad with a spoon. This is my favorite place to eat, but this one has sadly gone downhill with service.

We walked in at about 730 pm Wednesday 12/3. Instantly we were greeted by dirty floors, abhorrent work surfaces, and trash hanging out of receptacles. The 3 young men who were i assume employees (i could only tell by their shirts…their attitudes were very misleading) were less than thrilled with the thought of doing any. The 3 of them had a guest in the dining room (also young male), and I was SHOCKED to hear some of the stuff they were saying OUTSIDE of the fact that these 4 individuals were mocking and making fun of developmentally disabled individuals…or Re***ds as they were seemingly known as to these young men. This was our first and last visit to your restaurant…41 bucks for a burrito and a bowl? (The burrito had 1 extra portion of meat). The commercials do NOT match the experience. And your employees…oof.
