I ordered the Chipotle bowl and waited an unusually long time after I was told it was ready. They mishandled my order, giving it to another customer. When they returned to retrieve the correct third item, they handed it directly to me, recognizing it was mine. They did that with out reminding Oder….I was shocked they did that, assuming I wouldn’t notice. This behavior is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed in their dishonesty.

I order from this location somewhat regularly, but this visit was particularly egregious. I ordered a bowl with guacamole, queso, and extra steak. Upon opening it at home, I was taken aback. The only ingredient that it looks like I got a normal portion of was the shredded cheese. Not only was this not an “extra” portion of steak, it doesn’t even look like a normal portion of steak.

I have never had such horrible food from chipotle. Usually it’s one of my favorites but tonight I was absolutely disgusted. I spent just under $60 for myself and my 3 kids for dinner and it was nothing but grease. The carnitas was practically jerky, dried out and had no flavor other than grease. Worst experience I have ever had with chipotle. The workers were friendly for the most part but also very overwhelmed and had no clue what they were doing. Had to ask me 5 times what my order was to ring it up frantically. We literally threw away $60 worth of food that was not edible. Highly disappointed in this place.

terrible experience. I don’t ever complain about bad experiences this is my first review of a place ever. Ordered a 11$ quesadilla which is insane and the lid wasn’t on. got all over my car and my clothes then the manager bartered with me wether it happened in the parking lot or not as if my clothes weren’t stained in front of him. He gave me a new one anyway which I appreciate but it also fell apart and became more of a bowl.

We ordered a burrito and two bowls. Ended up getting ~ half a scoop of protein and an obscene amount of rice. Nowhere near worth the price.

Employee skimped on chicken (maybe half a scoop) so I told him he skimped and asked for more and he said do you want double (while holding another scoop of chicken) and I said no I want more since you gave me so little the first time. He looked at me and dropped the scoop of chicken back into tin. And then they provided us with this bag of chips. Absolutely pathetic. This company should pay customers to eat their food. Service and atmosphere were terrible as well.

I have a feeling a lot of the 1-star service reviews for this location were made by people who’ve never had to work a close to minimum wage food service job. Because if they have, they’d know how it is to be in the position of a server or cashier, and that those workers do their best to stay patient and respectful but they don’t have the energy or motivation to stay respectful when you’re giving them a hard time. I’ve been to this Chiptole dozens of times and have never dealt with bad service, mostly because I know how to treat workers as human beings. If you show respect you WILL receive it back. Anyways, as for the food, it’s nothing to die for but it’s usually pretty tasty and I can’t complain for somewhere so conveniently close to me. I’ve only had one experience out of dozens where I’ve been disappointed with the food itself. This place is reliable and mostly consistent, definitely would recommend if you live near here and are in the mood for some burritos. And don’t let the other reviews scare you off, it’s not even close to what they make it out to be.
