Every bowl looked like it was on Ozempic. Half scoops of everything. Rice? Whispered into the bowl. Chicken? Seen it. Briefly.
When I asked for an actual full portion — you know, the amount you advertise — they tried to charge me DOUBLE. For a normal serving. Then caught an attitude like I was the problem.
If you’re going to shrink portions, just say it. Don’t gaslight people and act offended when they notice their $15 bowl looks like a sample cup at Costco.
Congratulations, you lost a whole family of customers over two scoops of rice.
I’ll still be eating here though
This interaction left both my son and his father feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It is our belief that my son was racially profiled, singled out because he is Latino and was wearing baggy pants, a Dodgers Jersey and a backwards cap. Instead of treating him with the same respect and courtesy afforded to other customers, this employee chose to make harmful assumptions about his character based solely on appearance.
No child, or customer of any age should have to endure racial profiling and public humiliation when simply picking up food!! I would avoid this location at all costs.
This is getting ridiculous, $40 for 2 bowls… outrageous. Skimped majorly on meat, asked for barely any guacamole and they charged me for full amount. If I wanted a dining in experience I would pay a similar amount…. The food is subpar and the service is lacking. I do not recommend. Sad thing is I used to work here years ago… my how things change
