We love chipotle, but what is this? Why would you serve burnt inedible chicken.. not to mention this was the amount of chicken in the bowl. This is common sense. The staff was also rude & doesn’t even engage with you or say “what can I get for you”. We had it last night and it was good. For whatever reason tonight there must be the F team because honestly if I wanted rice and veggies I would have made it at home. $25-30 bucks for what?

Chipotle is always one of my go to spots for a quick burrito bowl and this location is close to home. The last three times I have ordered from this store they have managed to completely mess up my order. I’m not sure who manages this location but the people who run the online orders need a serious overhaul based on the amount of times they’ve messed up my food order for pick up. Portions are skimpy. Quality of the food is horrible. Done going to this location for good and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Obviously your GEN Z-EROS don’t know what that means, I paid $24 after tax for a large chips and guac(8.40?), a bowl to go, and I was charged for side salsas. What the ????
In the bowl I received 2.4 ounces of chicken 2.4 ounces!!, less then a third of a ladle scoop of chicken rice and beans options. This didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, at this point I thought of walking out, but it gets worse, I was charged for 2 other sides of corn salsa which has never happened in all my years of going to Chipotle.

I usually have a good experience here. However, I wouldn’t order chips here. The last few times I’ve ordered chips, there were around 10 chips in the bag. I love their chips, but the quantity is not worth the price.

I ordered a takeout order. I opened my guacamole and there was a bug sitting right on top.Apparently the person who shut the lid didn’t see. There was also large amount of rice in the bowl and not much other food.

My food tonight was nasty! The food service guy was rushing making my bowl with slopping the food in the bowl container. The cashier pushed the bag towards me instead of handing it to me with it almost falling off the counter. The tables were all dirty. Eeeeeeeeeeeeyuckkkkk never again will I come to this location!!!!

The food quality here is gross. I got old dry and stingy carnitas put in my bowl with tiny pinchers LOL. What’s with the portion control?? Nothing like half the food for double the money. This was my last time to this location.

Worst Chipotle burrito bowls ever!
Ordered 3 burrito bowls and one was missing guacomole ( which was Guacomole burrito bowl only). All 3 burrito bowls were full of rice only no fajitas, very less cheese or other items. Side of chimchuri was missing too. Worst chipotle experience

As you can see, the veggie bowl is made with guacamole. In the second picture there was no guacamole on my veggie bowl. I ordered for delivery and unfortunately had to drive all the way to this chipotle that made my order incorrectly. When I arrived, the worker said the veggie should come with guacamole. I said mine didn’t have it, then they said I’d need to order it, well I clearly did and someone’s not doing their job right. Please train your employees better so you aren’t wasting your customers precious time.
