This is the worst chipotle experience I ever had in the last 15years. My chicken was half raw… Many of the bins that were designated for meat were empty, except the chicken that I bought. Queso was crusted over looks like it has been sitting there for hours. Kitchen and dining area was dirty… The person that took my money was half rude and half present. Furthermore, Maybe all those things could be fixed if some of the people were not smoking in the back of the restaurant as I saw it unfold. It would really help with some professionalism! Will not be back and yes, I will report this to the health department. 0/5.

No brown rice available. The beans were in crusty containers. The fresh bar was decent.

I love eating at Chipotle because it’s REAL food. In an era filled with prepared, packaged and processed foods, Chipotle stands out – serving fresh or grilled, not-fried ingredients. Like their simple packaging says, you can easily see it, pronounce the ingredients, and taste the goodness! And with the app you earn points toward free food.
I normally get the grilled chicken with fajita veggies and 2 servings of black beans, 2 servings of pico de gallo. This time I tried sofritas (tofu) and it was seasoned pretty well. Texture of the meal was different, but variety is good… I appreciate the fast, friendly service at this Missouri Blvd location, and LOVE those fresh ingredients! After a workout, I don’t want junk in my body. Chipotle is clean eating that tastes excellent!

The last 2 times we’ve been in here the service is some of the worst in town. Today, first of all the dude making the food is throwing food around and is obviously mad at life. They’re out of veggies, and tell us we’ll have to wait 20 mins to get any and it is OBVIOUS that they’d rather we leave, than they have to cut some up and cook them for us. So, we left. I don’t understand how a business can act like I, the customer that is about to drop $30 for 2 meals, is the problem? Went to Pancheros right down the road and EVERY SINGLE PERSON MAKING FOOD smiled and welcomed us when we walked in the door.

Just did a pickup order. We always love chipotle food, but this location is awful. Behind the counter was a disaster, way dirtier than any food prep should be. They said my order was ready in the app, but I waited 15 minutes past pickup time. They gave us the wrong item – should have had a double steak bowl, but got a chicken bowl. And when I tried to make it right with the chat in the app and corporate, they would only offer a free entree instead of a refund. It would have been great to be refunded since I don’t ever want to order at my home location again.

My husband and I have been to this establishment twice in the last week with less than than quality service. The employees have horrible disrespectful manners and attitudes, unkempt work areas, each time it is slow, last time the guy was rushing us this time we arrive 30 minutes after opening and the veggies area not cooked and ready and we are informed that they haven’t even been prepped yet. Let alone the dining area floors don’t even look like they have been swept or mopped in a while. My husband went to the restroom and said it was filthy and you could tell it had not been cleaned from the day before, trash wash was overflowing and the toilet was disgusting. We were in just after opening within the first 30 minutes so there was no cause for any of that, my husband thinks that the health department should be notified to come in and inspect the place. We use to enjoy coming and eating at this Chipotle but not anymore. Next we will visit Qudoba.

I had to delete my comment because I had edited the comment and then tried to speak back to them because they gave me some bull crap website to go to to fill out something to let them know exactly what happened upon my visit and they’re still not professional about it. I would not eat here if I were you they have cockroaches. They have mice in the back of the kitchen they have failed their inspection many times and then when I tried to say something, but they’re like oh yeah you can go to this website chipotle or something.com so you can tell us in detail about what happened and what happened with your visit that was like a month ago I haven’t been back but I know when I drive by I still can smell marijuana and it’s not from the dispensary that’s right next to it. It is from the employees. Their tables are always dirty in the lobby every time that I’ve went I’m about to report them to the health department because of this so I hope to get on their a game cause you never know when I’m gonna do it. I could’ve already reported it, but I will be reporting it or did I already do it? I don’t know you’ll find out soon

This location is FILTHY! We went in at 5:30 on a Sunday evening and every single table was dirty. There seriously was not a single clean table in the place. They had no ice, no lids, and no forks. It’s seriously pretty tough to eat a burrito bowl without a fork! The doors and windows were filthy as well and all of the trash bins were overflowing. Evidently mis-managed and/or lack of supervision going on at this location. We will not return to this location.
