The portions… come on people… really?
Ice machine over flowing all over the floor. Slip hazard and lawsuit waiting to happen. Plasticware is empty almost. Trash overflowing. Tables are a disaster. Two employees siting down in the dinning room while its a mess. Manager is nowhere to be found!
Terrible for being in Liberty… Looks like a place that should be on 7th and Vermont in KcK…

I was out of town for an appointment so I decided to stop for lunch. The portions are laughably small here. I pushed the “rice” aside in the photo on the right. That’s how little there was. You can’t even tell there’s rice in the bowl. They gave me not even 10 pieces of steak and I had to ask for more cheese because you couldn’t even see it. This is after asking for more! There’s more lettuce in the bowl than anything. Not worth $12.50 which is far more than other Chipotles that give double the portion or more. Avoid this location unless you want to be scammed.

The amount of food for the price is really not worth it. Chipotle is one of the only places I can eat at as a pregnant woman with GDM because it doesn’t make my blood sugar spike. I was really disappointed when I opened my bowl and it was only filled just a little bit more than halfway. I’d go back and get it remade but this Chipotle is the closest one to my house and I’d have to drive a whole hour just to get new food. Please do better Chipotle.

When we came in it was super loud and all of the tables were dirty. The trash can was overflowing, and the music was blaring. We had placed a to-go order for 7:10 pm, and yet the food had not even been started being prepared at that time. However, the food and portion size was great.

A new Chipolte Grill opened near our home in Liberty, MO. I decided I would get a meal for my wife and I to share. I glanced at the menu and saw prices of $10-$12, and so I asked the young man what meat was the most tender. He quickly told me the brisket. I ordered it and had all of the veggies put on one side because my wife isn’t crazy about them. Not knowing it was extra, I also asked for guacamole. I was shocked when the cashier rang it up… almost $18.
I asked why it was so expensive, and she stated, “You got the brisket, and the guacamole is extra. I paid and then saw how little meat there was. I asked to speak with the manager. I told him that this was my first visit and I was very disappointed. I stated that it was extremely expensive for so little meat. His response was, “Well, you ordered brisket and guacamole.” I said, “For so little meat?”. He replied, “You get four ounces,” That’s a quarter pounder! I stated that this was my first and last visit, and he very smartly replied, “Have a nice day.” When I uncovered the ten tiny pieces of meat and fat, I was furious. A commercial came on for the same dish that I ordered, and so I took a photo. Can you tell which one I got?
I guess I’m too gullable. Lesson learned.

This location used to be good. Two of us ate here on many occasions and it was delicious. Something has changed recently. Tonight we ordered double meat, because they have been skimping on the meat for the last couple months. The entire “double meat” fit on one chip. The other day, I ordered a quesadilla and it was flat with hardly any meat. I’ve tried to contact chipotle online service and they disconnected before I could place my request and offered a “BOGO” coupon only. We paid >$10 for extra meat (for both) and got less than a typical normal order at any other location. Terrible quality and terrible service.

Employee(s) were eating and drinking on the line without gloves while continuing to work. Line cook poured chicken or a meat from the ladel into their hand at then turned around and tossed it in their mouth.
Then other than that, my store pickup order was ready but they didn’t mark it ready or even in the prep phase in the app so I sat there an extra 5 minutes waiting for it, when it was just sitting on the counter the entire time.
Other than the tables being dirty as well, the food was at least edible. Just everything felt unsanitary.

One of these is supposed to be double meat. And you can kind of tell which one it is, but even when I said something the guy goes, “really?” Even the other chick is working the counter gave him a look. Honestly, just take your butt to the Zona location. This one is not wonderful and I’ve had enough. And then half a thing of OLD adobo ranch. Come on. FREAKING GROSS

Extremely Disappointed — Not Clean & No Customer Service
We came into this Chipotle around 8:30 PM and immediately felt unwelcome. No one greeted us when we walked in, and the restaurant was a mess — food all over the floors and tables.
When we approached the counter, the employee finishing a to-go order looked at us multiple times but never said a word. The gentleman by the grill also looked at us, then at him, and still said nothing. Even the woman at the register just stared without acknowledging us.
More customers came in and still not a single greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, like we weren’t even supposed to be there.
Between the lack of friendliness, the dirty environment, and the poor service, we ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this location.
