Karime is the most disrespectful worker I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. From the start she had a nasty attitude. I haven’t ate Chipotle for about a year, the last time I had chipotle other than this time, I didn’t come back because this location had associates with a nasty attitude and I placed an online order for a burrito and all it had in it was sour cream and rice. This time, the associate started with “what do you want?” Not even a welcome or a smile. I asked for half of each protein and she said she won’t do it. I said I’ll pay if I have to (she ended up charging me for triple meat on it, $20 bowl is insane). I asked to speak with the manager, the manager was incompetent, he didn’t do anything about the associates. They were gossiping and saying nasty things about me in Spanish, I understand everything they said, and the manager did nothing! She just stood there.

Believe the comments. The portions here are embarrassing. Thats a large bag of chips? The bag is 1/4 full. A side of Adobe ranch? Container is barely 1/4 full. No wonder its nothing but complaints in reviews. Drive a few minutes longer to get proper portions.

Floor and base boards are Filthy, youn man running register 2 days ago was Very Sick …Not Healthy, I go ( use to ) twice a week, yesterday was my last, bowl was Skimpy, Steak was mostly Fat, chips were HORRENDOUS….oil saturated, the few chips that were crunchy had dried cheese on them. This Host was OK, Demelo…she was training…which is Cool, I ate only 1/3 of chips and Steak bowl and was Sick. You had homeless people outside digging through trash cans at Main Entrance.

No matter what location & no matter who is working, I have literally Never received any poor service & I’ve Never got any food from Chipotle that I didn’t absolutely Love! I’d be shocked if I Ever heard Anyone say that they Didn’t receive excellent service or excellent food from any Chipotle restaurant….and I might say that they are lying-liars! As long as Chipotle continues to invest in good employees & in fresh, good food…they will Never disappoint! I have not eaten at a Chipotle in about 4 years because every time I did have it it was trash. Today I have a gift card so I gave it a try. Well 4 years later I was impressed, they managed to get even worse. Food looked terrible behind the glass, soggy veggies, over cooked meats, placed on my taco shell which was then soggy. DISGUSTING EVEN FOR FREE THIS FOOD IS TRASH. NEVER AGAIN CHIPOTLE

Visited the Englewood location on my break around 11:30am upon entering the restaurant it smelled weird from food or maybe cleaning chemicals. There were NO CUSTOMERS SITTING OR ORDERING. So there was no wait time ordered a chicken/steak burrito bowl the server “LITERALLY “only gave me 3 chunks each of chicken/steak requested a little more of chicken she shook the spoon and gave me 1 little piece of chicken chunk. Then she says do you want double which was a full spoon of chicken. From my experience on out the server speaking a different language whispered to the other coworkers which they both frowned at the employee and proceeded to ring me up for extra steak. The food was okay steak/chicken was too gummy and not tender at all but service and atmosphere was HORRIBLE!

We went to eat there around 4 PM on a weeknight. 5 workers and one other customer. We had to search for a clean table. The workers didn’t seem to understand what I wanted and I had to point it out. The drink station was a filthy mess too that needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Food and paper on the floor too. Food was good but the workers were obviously not working. I won’t be back.
