I ordered a quesadilla there last night and they forgot the CHEESE. On a quesadilla. I didn’t realize it until I got home; I didn’t think to check something so basic. That’s like forgetting the tortilla. There was also a security guard on a power trip causing unnecessary tension; she was freaking out on people legitimately picking up their orders and arguing with them if she didn’t think you looked like the name on the order. She made it so unpleasant we didn’t want to eat in and I won’t be going back specifically because of her. If I walk in and say, “I have a barbacoa quesadilla to pick up for x,” and am holding my phone with the app order confirmed on it, a security guard does not need to question my ethnicity or whatever because she doesn’t understand how names work. The store was completely quiet, no big line, no troublemakers, so I’m not sure why she was hyped up and in aggressive mode. It’s too bad she wasn’t aggressively checking the accuracy of orders instead of profiling people based on their first names; that would have been an actually useful way to spend her time.

Every visit is always phenomenal! My only complaint lies in the customers who come in looking to start problems with staff, causing problems for everyone. Specifically, last night someone named Madison Hayden came in around the same time as I and clearly was lacking in critical thinking skills (or god knows what else). It had obviously been incredibly busy, yet she acted like she wanted the workers to roll out a red carpet to serve her, while expecting special treatment since she is a “professional” sports player. Shout out to the workers for handling the situation great, downvote to Madison for throwing a tantrum over stupidity and a quesadilla!!!

Been ordering from this chipotle for 2+ years and has gone so downhill. The portions have gotten dramatically smaller. When I order extra sour cream, it’s barely even one scoop. Went in for dinner on a Monday night, December 8th around 6pm during some work travel. I have chipolte a minimum of once a week and this location needs help. No napkins (found some unused left on a table), no fountain soda, no ice, no chips, and ironically, no chipolte hot sauce. This is the most inconsistent Chipotle in the entire city. I’ve insanely been ordering from them for 6+ years now. You have about a 30% chance of getting your order right. We just ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl with what was supposed to be loaded full of extra steak. Instead we got a bowl and burrito loaded full of nothing but rice and veggies. This was the last straw. Never ordering from this location again. I recommend you don’t either if you want to get your order correct.

I eat at this location frequently and they are a great place for a delicious and mostly healthy meal. The preparers are usually generous with their portions and the service is generally very quick in spite of how busy they are. They keep the restaurant very clean. The location is great only being a couple blocks from the Sprint Center and the Midland Theatre. The outside seating is especially good for enjoying nice weather and people watching.
